A yayin da Najeriya ke karkata zuwa amfani da kayan tsaro na zamani na cikin gida domin ƙarfafa gwiwar jami’an tsaronta a fagen fama, wani ɗan Jihar Katsina ya fara ƙera motar yaƙi nau’in Track Armored Personnel Carrier (TAPC).
Jihar Katsina na daga cikin jihohin Arewa da suka fi fama da hare-haren ’yan bindiga, inda suka kashe dubban mutane tare da raba wasu da muhallansu gami da rusa harkokin tattalin arziki da na zamantakewa.
Ana cikin haka ne wani ɗan asalin yankin Kaita a jihar mai suna Injiniya Ibrahim Lawal Ɗankaba, ya fara yunƙurin ƙera motar yaƙi, wadda ya sanya wa suna Beguwa, a ƙoƙarinsa na tallafa wa yunƙurin gwamnati na daƙile ayyukan ’yan ta’addanci da suka daɗe suna ci wa al’umma jihar da maƙwabtansu tuwo a ƙwarya.
Ɗankaba ya shaida wa wakilimu cewa ya fara wannan yunƙuri ne tun fa arkon watan Satumba da ya gabata, inda yake amfani da fallayen tama da aka ƙera a cikin gida wajen ƙera sassan kariyar sulke na motar tsaron.

A yayin da injinta ke amfani da man fetur da gas (CNG) da dizel, wanda ke ba jami’an tsaro damar gudanar da aiki a ko’ina, tana da bisa da ya kai 600mm, wanda ke ba ta damar ƙetare yankunan da ke cike da ƙalubale.

Gwaji da kyakkyawan fataKo da yake wannan shi ne irinsa na farko a Jihar Katsina, Darakta kuma Shugaban Kamfanin Techno-Em Global Solutions Limited, Injiniya Ibrahim Lawal Dankaba, na fatan wannan fasaha ta cikin gida za ta yi abin da dakarun ƙasa suka daɗe suna ƙoƙarin cimmawa.
Dankaba ya ce suna gudanar da gwaje-gwaje a cikin gida domin tabbatar da cewa motar ta cika ƙa’idojin tsaro da na ƙera motoci. Ya ce motar na da ƙarfi da kariya daga harbi da abubuwan fashewa.
Yadda tunanin ya faroGame da dalilinsa na ƙera motar, Dankaba ya ce: “Ra’ayin ya samo asali ne daga yadda muka ga yadda ake fama da ta’addanci da sauran laifuka, muka yanke shawarar taimaka wa kanmu, al’umma da gwamnati wajen kare rayuka.
“Sojoji da ’yan sanda da mazauna yankuna suna bakin ƙoƙarinsu, amma muka ga cewa mu ma za mu iya bayar da gudunmuwa wajen magance matsalar. Don haka muka yanke shawarar ƙera wannan motar. Wannan mota tana da sauƙin motsi, tana iya shiga kowane irin yanayi; mota ce da ba ta damu da ko ƙasa ko yashi ko laka ba.
“Mun ƙera ta ne domin ta iya shiga kowane irin yanayi da ke yankin Sahel domin taimakawa wajen kare jiharmu da ƙasa baki ɗaya. Tana ɗaukar jami’ai har guda bakwai. Tana da bel na ɗaukar kaya wanda zai iya kai kayan agaji ko tallafi zuwa yankunan da ke da wahalar isa.”
Ya ƙara da cewa duk da cewa kamfaninsu ya yi amfani da fallayen tama wajen ƙera wannan samfurin, “Amma idan gwamnati ta amince da ita, za mu fara amfani da kayan kariya na musamman wajen ƙera sassan kariya da tayoyin ƙarfe.

Tallafa wa irin wannan fasaha na cikin gida zai tabbatar da ikon mallakar fasahar da ake amfani da ita wajen kare rayuka da dukiyoyi da muhimman ginegine da bayanan sirri da kuma hana yaɗuwar matsalolin da za su iya zuwa ɗaga kasashen waje.
Idan aka tallafa wa wannan ƙoƙari yadda ya kamata, zai iya haifar da al’adar ƙirƙire-ƙirƙire da samar da sabbin fasahohi da za su iya amfani a ɓangaren gwamnati da na kasuwanci, wanda hakan zai ƙara ƙarfin tsarin tsaro na jihar da kuma hana asarar kuɗaɗe.

Shahid Mrtada Muttahari, ko kuma cikin littafan Mathnawa na maulana Jalaluddeen Rumi. Ko kuma cikin wasu littafan da fatan masu sauraro zasu kasance tare da mu a cikin shirimmu na yau.
////… Ma dalla, masu sauraro idan kuna tare da mu a cikin shirimmu da ya gabata, a kuma cikin sirar Imam Al-Haddan dan Aliyu (a) dan Fatimah (s) diyar manzon Allah (s) da muke kawo maku, a cikin shirimmu da ya gabata, mun yi maganar cewa Imam Al-Hassan ya rasa samun amintattun sojojin da zasu goya masu baya don yakar Mu’awiya dan Abusufyan. Saboda yadda suka ga cewa Mu,awiya yaudari kwamandojin sojojinsa da cin hanci da rashawa.
Amma su Ahlulbaiti musamman Amirulmuminina shugabansu, ma’abuta addini ne wadanda basa sabawa Allah ko da na kebtawar ido ne. Amma mutanen Iraki sun rena abinda suke samu a karkashin ikonsu na kudade da dukiyoyi. Da sun yi hakuri suka bisu, da sunci ta sama da kasansu ba tare da ganimar yaki ba.
Saboda Allah yana arzuta muminai ta sama da kasa hanyoyi daban-daban, musamman ta hanyoyin raya kasa. Da sun yi hakuri suka yi biyayya a gareshi da sai sun isa wani lokacinda basa bukatar yaki don samun ganimar dukiya. {Na kirasu a asirce da bayyana, na kirasu na sake kiransu, daga cikinsu akwai wadanda suke amsa kira amma ba da son ransu ba, daga cikinsu akwai wadanda suke kariyar rashin lafiya, daga cikinsi akwai wadanda suka zauna bas u fitoba ba tare da dalili ba. Ina rokon Allah mai girma da daukaka yayi mani mafita daga garesu da gaggawa. Na rantse da Allah, ba don ina kodayin samun shahada a lokacin haduwa da abokan gaba ba, da kuma tanajin kaina don mutuwa da na so ace ban hadu da wadan nan ba ko da na kwana guda, kuma b azan sake haduwa da su ba har abada}.
A wani wuri Imam Ali (a) yana fada dangane da mutanen Kufa yana cewa {Wallah, wanda aka yaudara, shi wanda ya rudu da ku, wanda ya sami nasara da ku, wallahi shi ne ya sami nasara da mafi tabewar rabo. Wanda ya yi jifa da ku kamar wanda yayi jifa da kibiyan da bai da wurin harbawa, Kuma na kasance bana gasgata zancenku, bana kodayin samun taimakonku, ba zan gargadi makiyi da ku ba, me ya sameku ne? menene maganinku ne? menen waraka a gareku ne?}.
Khudubobin Amirul muminina (a) dangane da sojojinsa suna da yawa a cikin littafin Nahjulbalagha. Inda yak e bayyana yadda suka tabar da shi, suka bakanta ransa, kuma sun ci gaba da hakan har zuwa shahadarsa.
A lokacinda al-amura suka koma hannun Imam Al-Hassan (a) sai al-amarinsu ya kara bayyana, da mafi muninsa. Saboda a lokacinda ya bayyana masu abinda Mu’awiya ya kirashi zuwa gareshi na sulhu, sai dukaninsi ko mafi yawansu sun daga murya suna cewa (muna sun rayuka muna son rayuwa). Wannan ya nuna yadda suke kin mutuwa, suke kuma tsoron jihadi. Basa son duk wani abu wanda zai kai ga yaki da Mu’awiya dan Abusufyan.
Sannan sojojin Imam Al-Hassan (a) sun rasa wadanda suka fahinci addinin musulunci kekyawar fahinta, wadanda suka san matsayin iyalan gidan manzon Allah (s) a cikin musulmi. Mafi yawansu daga baya ne suka musulunt suka shiga addinin musulunci.
Malaman tarihi sun bayyana cewa sahabban manzon Allah (S) wadanda suka musulunta tun farkon bayyanar addinin musulunci kuma suka halarci yakin badar basu fi 63 ne a cikin rundunar Imam Hassan Almujaba (a) ba.
Amma a lokacin yakin Jamal da siffin Imam Ali (a) yana tare ragowarsu daga cikin da manya manyan sahabban manzon Allah (s) wadanda suka san matsayinsa suka san matsayin iyalan gidan manzon Allah (s) basa saba masa kan duk abinda ya umurcesu. Haka al-amarin yake a rundunar Imam Al-Hassan, sun amince da kiraye-kirayen da Mu’awiya yake yin a sulhuntawa, basu fahinci sharrin da ke ciki ba, amma kamar yadda zamu gani, daga karshe da aka yi sulhun suka kuma dandani masifa daga sarakunan banu Umayya sai da suka gommace Khalifa Uthman a kansa. Saboda musibar da Mu’awiya dan abu sufyan ya shuka a cikin daular Musulunci, da kuma azbatar da su da yayi, da shi da danginsa na tsawon kimani shekaru 80, musibar ta kai ga ba wanda zai iya sauke su daga kan wuyoyin musulmi sai da musulmi ajamawa daga yankin Khurasan na kasar Iran karkashin jagorancin Abu Muslimul Khurasani ne ya sami nasarar kifar da daularsu a kan musulmi.
Don haka sojojin Imam Hassan (a) sun rasa mutanen kirki wadanda suka san matsayinsa, suka fahinci addinin kamar wadanda suka sansu cikin sahabban manzon Allah (s). Don haka jahilcinsu ne yasa suke maraba da neman sulhun Mu’awiya.
Don haka daga karshe rundunar Imam Al-Hassan (a) ta zami sulhu da Mu’awiya kuma Imam Al-Hassan (a) ba zai iya tursasu yaki da shi ba. Don haka bai da zabi in banda sulhu da Mu,awiya, da kuma kare wadanda suka rage daga cikin iyalan gidan manzon Allah da kuma mabiyansu da gaske da suka rage.
Kha’incin Ubaidullahi dan Abbas, yana daga cikin manya-manyan al-amura da suka jawo kashe guiwar sojojin Imam Al-Hassan (a), da raunanat, saboda ganin yadda ya kasance babban kwamandan sojojin gaba daya, ko kuma runduna mafi girma daga cikin rundunonin Imam Al-Hassan (a) banda haka yana daga cikin Imam Alhassan wato Banu Hashim. Kowa na ganin idan da kowa zai bar Imam Al-Hassan (a) irinsa bai kamata su kha’inci Imam Al-Hassan ba saboda shi dan amminsa ne.
