Janyewar sojoji ke ba Boko Haram damar ƙwace yankuna —Zulum

Gwamnan Jihar Borno, Farfesa Babagana Umara Zulum, ya nuna damuwarsa game da sake haduwa da ƙara ƙarfin mayakan Boko Haram a yankunan Tumbus na Tafkin Chadi da kuma tsaunukan Mandara a cikin dajin Sambisa.

Yayin da yake jawabi ga Ministan Tsaro, Badaru Abubakar, da manyan hafsoshin soji a Maiduguri, Gwamna Zulum ya yaba da ƙoƙarin sojojin Najeriya wajen yaƙi da ta’addancin Boko Haram a Borno da ma yankin Arewa maso Gabas, amma ya nuna wani abin damuwa da ya faru kwanan nan a ayyukansu.

Ya bayyana cewa bayan an yi ayyukan soja an gama, sai sojojin su janye, sai kuma ’yan Boko Haram da ISWAP su sake dawowa su karɓe waɗannan yankunan da aka ƙwato a baya.

Babban abin da gwamnan ke damuwa da shi shi ne rashin gudanar da ayyukan soja a cikin ruwan Tumbus na Tafkin Chadi. Ya bayyana yankin a matsayin maɓoyar da ’yan ta’adda ke samun sauƙin samun kayan aiki har ma da ƙaruwar.

Gwamna Zulum ya kuma jaddada matuƙar buƙatar ƙarin sojoji don daƙile manyan yankuna masu wahalar shiga kamar yankin Timbuktu, Tumbus, tsaunukan Mandara, da kuma iyakar Najeriya da ke da ramuka da ƙasashen Sahel.

Duk da fahimtar cewa sojoji  sun bazu a faɗin Najeriya, ya roƙi a ƙara tura ƙarin ƙwararrun sojoji zuwa Arewa maso Gabas, yana mai jaddada goyon bayan ƙasashen waje da kuma yadda ake shigowa ta yankin Sahel wanda ya bambanta Boko Haram da ISWAP da ’yan fashi.

Ya bayyana cewa tabbatar da tsaro a yankin Sahel yana da matuƙar muhimmanci ga tsaron Najeriya gaba ɗaya, kuma ya yi kira da a ci gaba da gudanar da ayyukan soja.

Gwamnan ya roƙi a ƙara samar da ƙarin kayan aikin soja masu ƙarfi, kamar tankoki, motocin yaƙi na MRAP, da harsasai, tare da muhimman tallafin jiragen yaƙi da jirage marasa matuƙi.

Ya ma lura cewa harin da aka kai kwanan nan a Wulgo an ce an kai shi ne da taimakon jirage marasa matuƙi masu ɗauke da makamai, don haka ya roƙi sojoji da su sayi jirage marasa matuƙi masu inganci da kayan aikin kare kai.

Bayan ayyukan soja, Gwamna Zulum ya jaddada muhimmancin amfani da hanyoyin da ba na yaƙi ba, yana mai nuna cewa Jihar Borno ta karɓi fiye da ’yan Boko Haram 300,000 da suka tuba a cikin shekaru uku da suka gabata, kuma yawancinsu ba mayaƙa ba ne, manoma ne kawai.

Duk da waɗannan ƙalubalen, Gwamna Zulum ya nuna kyakkyawan fata kuma ya yi alƙawarin ba da cikakken goyon baya ga sojoji a ƙoƙarinsu na kawo ƙarshen ta’addanci. Ya kuma yaba wa Gwamnatin Tarayya da shugabannin soji bisa ga irin goyon bayan da suke ba al’ummar Jihar Borno.

Da yake mayar da martani ga damuwar gwamnan, Ministan Tsaro, Badaru Abubakar, ya ba da tabbacin cewa Gwamnatin Tarayya za ta ƙara tallafin soja don magance sabbin ƙalubalen tsaro a Borno da Arewa maso Gabas. Ya jaddada cewa Shugaba Tinubu ya ba su umarni da su samar da duk wani abin da ake buƙata don dakatar da wannan yanayin damuwa.

Ministan Tsaron ya amince da zaman lafiya da Jihar Borno ta samu a baya-bayan nan saboda ƙoƙarin gwamnan da kuma yadda mutane da yawa suka koma gidajensu da ƙauyukansu don sake gina rayuwarsu.

Ya yi alƙawarin cewa za a magance matsalolin tsaron da suka taso kwanan nan waɗanda ke barazana ga nasarorin da aka samu a baya-bayan nan cikin gaggawa, kuma gwamnati na daraja shawarwari da tunanin gwamnan wajen ƙarfafa dabarunsu na kawo ƙarshen rashin tsaro.

165-Assalamu alaikum masu sauraro barkammu da warhaka, barkammu da sake saduwa a cikin shirimmu na kissoshin rayuwa, shiri wanda yake kawo maku, kissoshi wadanda suka zo cikin Alkur’ani mai girma ko cikin wasu littafan wadanda suka hada da littafin Dastane Rastan na Aya. Shahid Mrtada Muttahari, ko kuma cikin littafan Mathnawa na maulana Jalaluddeen Rumi. Ko kuma cikin wasu littafan da fatan masu sauraro zasu kasance tare da mu a cikin shirimmu na yau.

////… Ma dalla, masu sauraro idan kuna tare da mu a cikin shirimmu da ya gabata, a kuma cikin sirar Imam Al-Haddan dan Aliyu (a) dan Fatimah (s) diyar manzon Allah (s) da muke kawo maku, a cikin shirimmu da ya gabata, mun yi maganar cewa Imam Al-Hassan ya rasa samun amintattun sojojin da zasu goya masu baya don yakar Mu’awiya dan Abusufyan. Saboda yadda suka ga cewa Mu,awiya yaudari kwamandojin sojojinsa da cin hanci da rashawa.

Amma su Ahlulbaiti musamman Amirulmuminina shugabansu, ma’abuta addini ne wadanda basa sabawa Allah ko da na kebtawar ido ne. Amma mutanen Iraki sun rena abinda suke samu a karkashin ikonsu na kudade da dukiyoyi. Da sun yi hakuri suka bisu, da sunci ta sama da kasansu ba tare da ganimar yaki ba.

Saboda Allah yana arzuta muminai ta sama da kasa hanyoyi daban-daban, musamman ta hanyoyin raya kasa. Da sun yi hakuri suka yi biyayya a gareshi da sai sun isa wani lokacinda basa bukatar yaki don samun ganimar dukiya. Zaman lafiya da za’a samar zai bude masu hanyoyin samun kudade da dukiyoti masu yawa.

Amma sun ki biyayya a gareshi, a duk lokacinda ya kirasu zuwa jihadi don tabbatar da zaman lafiya a cikin al-ummar musulmi basa bada hadin kai.

Imam Ali (a) yana sifinta mutanen Kufa a cikin khudubobinsa, inda yake bayyana rashin bada hadin kansu a duk lolacinda ya kirasu zuwa ga jihadi da kuma yakar mutanen sham kamar inda yake cewa.

{Na kirasu a asirce da bayyana, na kirasu na sake kiransu, daga cikinsu akwai wadanda suke amsa kira amma ba da son ransu ba, daga cikinsu akwai wadanda suke kariyar rashin lafiya, daga cikinsi akwai wadanda suka zauna bas u fitoba ba tare da dalili ba. Ina rokon Allah mai girma da daukaka yayi mani mafita daga garesu da gaggawa. Na rantse da Allah, ba don ina kodayin samun shahada a lokacin haduwa da abokan gaba ba, da kuma tanajin kaina don mutuwa da na so ace ban hadu da wadan nan ba ko da na kwana guda, kuma b azan sake haduwa da su ba har abada}.

A wani wuri Imam Ali (a) yana fada dangane da mutanen Kufa yana cewa {Wallah, wanda aka yaudara, shi wanda ya rudu da ku, wanda ya sami nasara da ku, wallahi shi ne ya sami nasara da mafi tabewar rabo. Wanda ya yi jifa da ku kamar wanda yayi jifa da kibiyan da bai da wurin harbawa, Kuma na kasance bana gasgata zancenku, bana kodayin samun taimakonku, ba zan gargadi makiyi da ku ba, me ya sameku ne? menene maganinku ne? menen waraka a gareku ne?}.

Khudubobin Amirul muminina (a) dangane da sojojinsa suna da yawa a cikin littafin Nahjulbalagha. Inda yak e bayyana yadda suka tabar da shi, suka bakanta ransa, kuma sun ci gaba da hakan har zuwa shahadarsa.

A lokacinda al-amura suka koma hannun Imam Al-Hassan (a) sai al-amarinsu ya kara bayyana, da mafi muninsa. Saboda a lokacinda ya bayyana masu abinda Mu’awiya ya kirashi zuwa gareshi na sulhu, sai dukaninsi ko mafi yawansu sun daga murya suna cewa (muna sun rayuka muna son rayuwa). Wannan ya nuna yadda suke kin mutuwa, suke kuma tsoron jihadi. Basa son duk wani abu wanda zai kai ga yaki da Mu’awiya dan Abusufyan.

Sannan sojojin Imam Al-Hassan (a) sun rasa wadanda suka fahinci addinin musulunci kekyawar fahinta, wadanda suka san matsayin iyalan gidan manzon Allah (s) a cikin musulmi. Mafi yawansu daga baya ne suka musulunt suka shiga addinin musulunci.

Malaman tarihi sun bayyana cewa sahabban manzon Allah (S) wadanda suka musulunta tun farkon bayyanar addinin musulunci kuma suka halarci yakin badar basu fi 63 ne a cikin rundunar Imam Hassan Almujaba (a) ba.

Amma a lokacin yakin Jamal da siffin Imam Ali (a) yana tare ragowarsu daga cikin  da manya manyan sahabban manzon Allah (s) wadanda suka san matsayinsa suka san matsayin iyalan gidan manzon Allah (s) basa saba masa kan duk abinda ya umurcesu. Sahabbai kamar, Ammar dan Yasir, Hashimul Murkal,thabit dan qais, da zuzshahadataini, da makamantarsu, duk sun yi shahada a yake-yaken Jamal  da siffin kuma sune suke jagorantar rundunar Imam Ali (a), har zu lokacin shahadarsu.

Da a ce wadan nan sahbban da masu kama da su, suna cikin rundunar Imam Al-Haasan (a) da baya bukatar dogaro da wadanda basu san matsayinsa basu san matsayin iyalan gidan manzon Allah(s) a cikinsu ba.

Abu na gaba wanda ya jawo Rauni ciki  rundunar Imam Al-Hassan sun hada da kiraye-kirayen Mu\awiya dan Abu Sufyan da Sulhu da kuma zaman lafiya. Wannan bayan da kwamandoji da shuwagabanni kabilu da dama daga rundunar Imam Hassan (a) suka koma bangaren Mu’awiya saboda rashawa da ya basu ko kuma alkawulan da yayi masu.

Wadan nan kiraye-kiraye basu da bambanci da daga Mushafi da sojojin mu’awiya suka yi a siffin. Inda Imam Ali (a) ya bayyana masu cewa makirce kada su kula da su, amma suka saba masa suka ki biyayya a gareshi banda haka suka yi masa barazanan zasu kasheshi kamar yadda suka kashe Uthman.

Haka al-amarin yake a rundunar Imam Al-Hassan, sun amince da kiraye-kirayen da Mu’awiya yake yin a sulhuntawa, basu  fahinci sharrin da ke ciki ba, amma kamar yadda zamu gani, daga karshe da aka yi sulhun suka kuma dandani masifa daga sarakunan banu Umayya sai da suka gommace Khalifa Uthman a kansa. Saboda musibar da Mu’awiya dan abu sufyan ya shuka a cikin daular Musulunci, da kuma azbatar da su da yayi, da shi da danginsa na tsawon kimani shekaru 80, musibar ta kai ga ba wanda zai iya sauke su daga kan wuyoyin musulmi sai da musulmi ajamawa daga yankin Khurasan na kasar Iran karkashin jagorancin Abu Muslimul Khurasani ne ya sami nasarar kifar da daularsu a kan musulmi.

Don haka sojojin Imam Hassan (a) sun rasa mutanen kirki wadanda suka san matsayinsa, suka fahinci addinin kamar wadanda suka sansu cikin sahabban manzon Allah (s). Don haka jahilcinsu ne yasa suke maraba da neman sulhun Mu’awiya.

Don haka daga karshe rundunar Imam Al-Hassan (a) ta zami sulhu da Mu’awiya kuma Imam Al-Hassan (a) ba zai iya tursasu yaki da shi ba. Don haka bai da zabi in banda sulhu da Mu,awiya, da kuma kare wadanda suka rage daga cikin iyalan gidan manzon Allah da kuma mabiyansu da gaske da suka rage.

Kha’incin Ubaidullahi dan Abbas, yana daga cikin manya-manyan al-amura da suka jawo kashe guiwar sojojin Imam Al-Hassan (a), da raunanat, saboda ganin yadda ya kasance babban kwamandan sojojin gaba daya, ko kuma runduna mafi girma daga cikin rundunonin Imam Al-Hassan (a) banda haka yana daga cikin Imam Alhassan  wato Banu Hashim. Kowa na ganin idan da kowa zai bar Imam Al-Hassan (a) irinsa bai kamata su kha’inci Imam Al-Hassan ba saboda shi dan amminsa ne. Kuma a wayewarsa da saninsa matsayin iyalan gidan manzon Allah (s), ha rya taba zama gwamnan kasar Yemen a lokacin khalifancin Amirul muminina (a) . To bai kamata a ce ya guda zuwa wajen Banu Umayya makiya Banu Hashin a tarihi, kafin da kuma bayan bayyanar addinin musulunci. Wannan abinda ya aikata ya zama abin kunya kuma babban tabo ne ga yan gidan Abbas ammin manzon Allah (s).

Idan na kusa wanda kai dan kungiyarsa ne ya kubuce maka* To kada kayi mamaki idan wadanda suke nesa da kai su mika ga Makiya.

Abinda Ubaidullahi dan Abbas ya yi ya cusa bakin ciki a cikin zuciyar Imam Al-Hassan, bakin ciki mai yawa. Don bai mutunta duk abubuwan mutuntawa tsakaninsa da Imam Hassan, a ko wani bangare. Bai mutunta dankon addinin wanda ya fito daga gidansu Banu Hashim ba, bai mutunta dankon zumncin da ke tsakaninsa da Imam Al-Hassan na cewa shi dan ammin manzon Allah (s). banda haka shi ne babban kwamandan sojojin Imam Alhassan (a), kuma a matsayin wanda y afara kiran a yi masa bai’a sannan wanda ya fara yi masa bai’a ba. Kuma bai ji tsoron yanda wannan abinda yayi zai zama tabo ga zuriyyarsa har duniya ta nade ba.

Idan zaku tuna Kais dan Sa’adu dan Ubada, bayan da Ubaidullahi ya koma bangaren Mu’awiya shi ya bada sallar Asubaha, sannan yayi khuduba, yana cewa: Wannan da dan’uwansa da babansa basu taba aikin alkhairi ba. Sannan shi Ubaidullahi, a matsayinsa na gwamnan Imam Ali (a) a Yemen, a lokacinda Busru ya kai hare-hare kan kasar Yemen ya gudu ha ya bar yayansa a hannun makiya suka kashesu, maimakon ya nuna turjiya ko da kuwa zai mutune. Sannan gashi ya kara da abinda yayi na Kha’inci ga Imam Al-Hassan (a).

Abinda Ubaidullahi yayi ya shafi danginsa da suka yi Mulki bayan banu Umayya, har sai da ya kai suna boye abubuwan kunyan da ya faru a cikin danginsu a farko farkon Musulunci.
