Amnesty Ta Zargi  Rundunar “RSF” Ta Sudan Da Cin Zarafin Mata

 Kungiyar kare hakkin bil’adama ta kasa da kasa ” Amnesty International”  ta bayyana cewa, rundunar kai daukin gaggawa ta “RSF” ta bautar da mata da kuma cin zarafinsu.

Kungiyar ta yi tir da abinda rundunar ta “RSF” ta yi akan mata da su ka manyanta da kuma ‘yan mata a tsawon lokacin yakin na Sudan da har yanzu bai zo karshe ba.

Wani sashe na rahoton kungiyar ya yi ishara da yadda wannan rundunar da take fada da sojojin kasar Sudan ta tarwatsa mutane daga gidaje da matsugunansu a fadin kasar.

Ita kuwa Hukumar dake kula da ‘yan gudun hijira ta MDD ( UNHCR) cewa ta yi da akwai yan kasar ta Sudan fiye da 100,000 da suke neman yin hijira zuwa kasashen turai a cikin wannan shekara ta 2025 kadai, tare da kara da cewa mutanen suna kara yanke kauna da samun wata mafita a cikin kasar, saboda raguwar agaji.

A cikin birnin Khartum da sojojin su ka kori dakarun na “RSF” an sami komawar mutanen da su ka yi hijira kamar yadda hukumar ta ( UNHCR) ta ambata.

 Shugabar hukumar mai kula da ‘yan hijira ta MDD Olga Sarado wace ta gudanar da taron manema labaru a birnin Geneva ta bayyana cewa; Da akwai ‘yan Sudan su 484 da su ka isa cikin kasashen turai daga watan Janairu zuwa yanzu, da hakan yake nuni da samun Karin masu hijirar zuwa turai da kaso38%.

Ta kuma kara da cewa, matukar ba a kai wa kasar kayan agaji, to kuma masu yin hijira zuwa turai din zai karu.

170-Assalamu alaikum masu sauraro barkammu da warhaka barkammu da sake saduwa a cikin shirimmu na kissoshin rayuwa shiri wanda yake kawo maku kissoshin wadanda suka zo cikin al-kur’ani mai girma, ko kuma cikin wasu littafan wadanda suka hada da Littafin Dastane Rastan na Aya. Shahid Murtada Muttari, ko kuma cikin littafin Mathnawa na Maulana Jalaluddeen Rumi, ko kuma cikin wasu littafan. Da fatan masu sauraro zasu kasance tare da mu a cikin wannan Shirin.

/////….Madallah, masu sauraro idan kuna tare da mu a cikin shirimmu da ya gabata, a kuma cikin sirar Imam Al-Hassan al-Mujtaba(a) dan Fatimah (s) diyar manzon Allah (s)  da muke kawo maku.

A cikin shirimmu da ya gabata mun ci gaba da Magana dangane da dalilin da suka sa Imam Al-Hassan (a) ya sulhunta da mu’awiya dan Abusufyan, da kuma mika masa shugabancin al-ummar musulmi duk tare da cewa ya san hakan, ba alkhairi ne ga al-ummar musulmi ba, amma ba yadda zai yi, ko kuma bai da zabi, saboda bai da mataimaka, bai da sojoji masu ikhlasi wadanda zasu yi yaki tare da shi, sojoji wadanda zasu yi biyayya a gareshi. Su kuma yaki makinsa don neman yardar Allah.

A cikin shirimmu da ya gabata har’ila yau mun fara kawo maki maganar ‘Isma’ ko kuma kariya daga aikata kuskure ko yin ba dai dai ba wanda Imam Al-Hassan (a) yake da shi.

Mun bayyana cewa Ayar Tsarkakewa, aya ta 33 a cikin suratul  Ahzab tana daga cikin wadan nan ayayin Alkur’ani wadanda suke tsarkake wadannan bayin Allah wanda Imam Al-Hassan yana daga cikinsu.

A hadisin wanda malaman sunna da dama suka ruwaitoci, manzon Allah (s) wata rana, ya bukaci matarsa ummu salama (r ) ta kira masa Fatimah da mijinta da yayanta Al-Hassan da Al-hussain(a). a lokacinda suka zo sai ya lullubesu da wata mayafi sakar yemen sannan ya daga hannayensa masu albarka yana cewa, Ya Ubangiji wadanda sune iyalan gidana ka tafiyar da dauda a garesu ka tsarkakasu tsarakaewa, sai mala’ika jibirilu ya sauko ya karanta masa wannan bangaren na aya ta 33 a cikin suratul Ahzaba.

Daga cikin malaman shiga wadanda suka tafi a kan cewa Imam Al-Hassan yana daga cikin wadanda aka tsarkaka, Akwai sayyid Murtadha alamulhuda, wanda sunansa Aliyu bin Hussain kuma mun bayyana kakansa shi ne Musa dan Jaafaru (a) daya daga cikin limamai masu daga cikin iyalan gidan manzon Allah (s). Alamul Huda, ya ce: (Lalle shi-yana nufin Imam Al-Hassa- ya tabbata shi ma’asumi ne wanda yake samun taimakon Allah, da hujjuji bayyananu, da dalilin masu rinjaye, don haka babu makawa daga mika kai ga dukkan abinda ya aikata, ko da kuwa a cikinsu akwai abubuwansa da baza’a iya fahintarsa dalla-dalla ba. Ko kuma akwai wasu abubuwa wadanda zukata suke kyamarsa) wannan kamar yadda yazo cikin littafinsa Tanzihul Anbiya. Sh.69.

Daga nan sai Sayyid Bin Tawoos, sunan Sayyid Aljali bin Tawoos ( r) ya na fada a cikin wasiyyan da yayiwa dansa, dangane da Sulhun Imama Hassan(a) inda yake cewa {Da na! ba abin mamaki bane ga wadanda suka aibata kakanka Alhassan kan sulhu da Mu’awiya, wanda ya kasashe da umurnin kakansa ne, kuma kakansa ma yayi sulhu da kafirai kuma uzurinsa a lokacin a fili yake.

Amma a lokacinda dan’uwansa Alhussain don taimaka masu da kuma amsa tambayarsu, ya yi watsi da sulhu da yazid la’anenne, suna daga cikin wadanda suka kashe shi suka ki binsa, kuma bamu taba jin sun yi fushi a cikin ranakun mulkin yazid kan mummunan kissan da aka yiwa AL-Hussain ba, bamu taba jin sun masa tawaye ba. Bamu ji sun kauda shi daga kan kujerar Khalifanci ba.

Amma munji sun yi fushiwa Abdullahi dan Zubair suka kuma taimaka masa a kan batanrsa, sai al-amarinsu na sabawa gaskiya ya bayyana a fili, kuma  mummunan zabensu ya bayyana a filio,,, shin ana iya nisanta cewa wadannan sun bace daga kan hanya madaidaiciya ba. Bayanda suka kai wannan matsayin na kekacewar zuciya mai girma abin aibatawa).

Da farko, a wannan wasiyyar Sayyid bin Rawoos ga dansa, ya kwatanta sulhun Imam Al-Hassan (a) da sulhun kakansa manzon Allah (s) da kafiran makka, kamar yadda yake a cikin sulhun hudebiyya, sannan kamar yadda sulhun manzon Allah (s) bay a bisa kuskure, kuma banda haka maslaha ce hakama sulhun Imam Al-Hassan yake don shi ma’asumi ne kamar kakansa. (s).

Na biyu kuma, irin jarrabawan da Imam Al-Hassan ya sha a hannun wadannan mutane fasikai, ya tabba cewa su ba mutanen kirki ne ba, saboda basu nuna wata falala da kuma girmamawa ga Imam Al-Hassan(a), ba. Saboda halayensu ne ya yi sulhun don yahuta da sharrinsu.

Kuma sayyin bin Dawoos ya kafa hujja da sharrinsa kan yadda suka aikata kisa mafi muni a tarihin bil-adama, sannan basu yi nadama ba, basu yi wani aiki wanda yake nuna cewa sun yi nadama ba. Sun kashe Imam Hussain (a) a karbala, amma basu yi wani yunkuri na kauda yazid ba.  

Don haka tare da wannan mun yi imanin cewa sulhun Imam Al-Haasan sulhu ne wanda yake kan hanya, kuma shi ne kawai mafita ga musulmi da kuma shi Imam (a) a lokacin.

Banda haka, mun yi Imani kan cewa, da Imam Al-Hussain (a) ne a matsayin Imam Al-Hassan (a) to ba abinda zai yi, in banda abinda yayansa Imam Al-Hassan (a) yayi na sulhu da Mu\awiya dan Abusfyan, saboda su shuwagabanni wadanda basa sabani a tsakaninsu. Saboda mabubbugan ilminsu guda ce, mahaifinsa daga kakansu manzon Allah (s).

Sannan wanda ya karanta tarihin musulunci ya san cewa, Mu’awiya dan Abusufyan, a dai dai lokacinda y afara rigima da banu Hashim, ko Aliyu dan Abitalib (a) sannan dansa Imam Al-Hassan (a) daga baya, yakan bayyana a fili rikonsa da wasu dokokin addinin musulunci da sunnar manzon Allah (s), ba don yayi Imani da su ba, kamar yadda zamu gani nan gaba, said ai don yaudarar musulmi su yi biyayya a gareshi, amma a lokacinda al-amura suka tabbata a hannunsa, sai ya bayyana kafirci da munafurcinsa a fili.

Don haka sulhun da yayi da Imam Al-Hassan (a) ya say a fito da halayensa na gaskiya, na kin addinin musulunci da musulmi. Yayi kokarin shafe addinin musulunci da shafi sunan manzon Allah (s) hatta a cikin kiran sallah amma ya kasa.

Mu’awiya a cikin lokacinda ya karbi shugabancin musulmi zuwa zuwa mutuwarsa kimani shekaru 20 daga baya, ya yi kokarin maida al-amura al-amarin Jahiliya. Sai dai ya kasa cimma gurinsa.

Mai littafin ‘Sulhun Imam Al-Hassan’ Imam Kashiful Ghida, amfanin sulhun Imam Al-Hassan da Mu’awiya da ya takaita da bayyana hakikanin mu’awiya dan Abusufyan bayan ya sami iko ga musulmi da ya wadatar.

Kafin mu bayyana ayyukansa wadanda ya bakanta tarihin addinin musulunci da su, bari mu dubi su waye, iyayensa? Wadanda ya gaji bakar kiyayya ga addinin musulunci da musulmi a wajensu.

Abu Sufyan mahaifin Mu’awiya yana daga cikin makiya addinin musulunci da musulmi, musamman manzon Allah (s), kafin ya mika kai kuma bayan ya mika kai ga manzon Allah (s) a Fatahin Makka.

Da farko shi ne ya jagoranci yaki mafi girma wanda mushrikan makka da kawayensu suka farwa manzon Allah (a) da shi wato yakin Ahzab. Kafin haka manzon Allah (s) ya kashe da dama daga cikin danginsa a yakin Badar. Sannan shi ne ya jagoranci yakin Uhud inda aka kashe musulmi kimani 70, daga cikinsu har da ammin manzon Allah (s) Hamza dan Abdulmuttalib.

Banda haka Abusufyan ne yake taimakawa yahudawa a yakar manzon Allah (a) a duk tsawon rayuwarsa.

Sannan yana matukar kin manzon Allah (s) saboda ya kashe danginsa da dama a yaki na farko a musulunci, ya kashe mutane 70 a yakin Badar daga cikin har da danginsa banu Umayya. Saboda wannan Abusufyan yana kin manzon Allah (s) da kuma addinin musulunci har zuwa fatahin Makka, inda ya shiga hannun manzon Allah (a) aka kawoshi a gabansa, da aka matsa masa ya yarda cewa babu abin bauta da gaskiya sai Allah amma yaki ya yi Imani da manzon Allah(s) kan cewa shi manzon Allah ne. sai da namma aka yi masa barazana sai yace ya yarda. Amma ayyukansa a baya sun tabbatar da cewa bai yi Imani da manzon Allah (s) a matsayin annabi manzon Allah ba. Saboda haka ne aka sanya shi cikin mu’allafatu Qulubuhum. Wadanda ake rarrashinsu su tabbata a cikin musulunci. Allah ya ware masu kaso mai yawa a zakka.

Manzon Allah (s) ya bawa Abusufyan rakubi 100 bayan yakin Hussain, don rarrashinsa yayi imani da musulunci. Amma rayuwarsa ta nuna cewa bai musuluncta ba. Don manzon Allah (s) yana rasuwa, ya kuma ga an sami sabani tsakanin musulmi kan wanda zai gaje shi, kuma bangare sakifa sun sami nasar sai ya je wajen Aliyu dan Abutalib (a), yana cikin halin makokin manzon Allah (a), ya fada masa cewa ta tashi ka karbi hakkinka na khalifancin da aka kwace, kuma wallah sai na cika maka madina da mayakan da zasu  taimaka maka a kan Abubakar.

Sai Imam Ali (a) ya dube shi yana, cewa ka dade kana Kaida ko kuma sharri wa musulunci da musulmi, kuma baka gushe ba. Ko kamar yadda ya fada.

Sannan ya ce masa banaso. Don ya san cewa Abusufyan na neman duk wata dama da wargaza dukkan abinda manzon Allah (s) ya gina, a koma jahilaya kamar yadda take kafin musulunci.

A  nan Abusufyan yana son a tada yayin basasa a cikin al-ummar musulmi sannan shi kuma tare da sauran makiyan addinin musulunci kamar daular Roma a lokacin su kawo farmaki su nika musulmi da musulunci a Madina su kawo karshensa tun bai kai ko in aba. Amma Aliyu (a) ya fahince shi ya kuma ki amincewa da shawararsa.
