Gwamnatin Zamfara Ta Yaba Da Cigaban Ayyukan Tituna A Jihar

Gwamnatin jihar Zamfara ta bayyana gamsuwarta da yadda ake ci gaba da gudanar da ayyukan gina tituna da gyare-gyare a fadin jihar.
Kwamishinan ayyuka da samar da ababen more rayuwa na jihar Alhaji Lawal Barau Bungudu ne ya bayyana haka a lokacin da yake zantawa da manema labarai a Gusau babban birnin jihar.
Alhaji Lawal Barau Bungudu ya bayyana cewa, tun bayan hawan Gwamna Dauda Lawal mulki, gwamnatin ta ba da fifiko wajen samar da ababen more rayuwa, musamman gine-gine da sake gina tituna, a wani bangare na babban shirinta na sabunta birane da nufin kawo sauyi a jihar da kuma saukaka zirga-zirgar ababen hawa.
Ya ce gwamnatin jihar ta dukufa wajen fadada hanyoyin jihar domin ingantawa da bunkasa harkokin tattalin arziki, inda ya bayyana cewa ana gudanar da ayyukan da ake gudanarwa a daidai lokacin da aka amince da su.
Alhaji Lawal Barau Bungudu ya kuma bayyana cewa, an riga an kammala ayyukan tituna da dama, yayin da wasu da dama kuma suke mataki daban-daban na kammala su.
Ya ba da tabbacin cewa, gwamnatin jihar za ta ci gaba da sanya ido a kan ci gaban da aka samu don tabbatar da isar da kayayyakin aiki a kan lokaci ba tare da tsaiko ba.
Kwamishinan ya jaddada cewa, gwamnatin jihar Zamfara ta mayar da hankali wajen gyara tsofaffin tituna, da suka lalace da kuma gina sabbi domin bude yankunan karkara da birane.
Alhaji Barau Bungudu ya yi nuni da cewa, ana aiwatar da dukkanin ayyukan tituna da ake yi tare da bin ka’ida mai inganci, yana mai jaddada cewa, ‘yan kwangilar an ba su aikin samar da ababen more rayuwa masu dorewa da za su tsaya tsayin daka.
Ya yi kira ga mazauna yankin da su goyi bayan kokarin gwamnati ta hanyar kiyaye ababen more rayuwa da kuma hada kai da ‘yan kwangila a yayin gudanar da ayyukan.
Kwamishinan ya nanata kudirin gwamnatin na mayar da jihar Zamfara abin koyi wajen samar da ababen more rayuwa a yankin Arewa maso Yamma.

////… Ma dalla, masu sauraro idan kuna tare da mu a cikin shirimmu da ya gabata, a kuma cikin sirar Imam Al-Haddan dan Aliyu (a) dan Fatimah (s) diyar manzon Allah (s) da muke kawo maku, a cikin shirimmu da ya gabata, mun bayyana yadda wasu makirce makircen Mu’awiya dan Abusufyan suka dabaibaye rundunar Imam Al-Hassan (a) da ta yi sansani da kusa da rundunar Ma’awiya Maskani. Inda Mu’awiya ya baza yan leken asiri suka shiga tsakanin sojojin Imam Al-Hassan(a) suna yada labaran karya, don tsoratar da su da kuma kashe guiwarsu.
Daga cikin karyayyakin da suka yada har da cewa aiki Imam Al-Hassan (a) yana musayar wasiku da Mu’awiya da nufin mayarmasa da shugabancin daular musulunci.
Banda haka mu’awiya ya sayi shuwagabannin kabilu da kwamandojin sojojin Imam Al-Hassan (a) da kudade masu yawa, sai suka koma bangaren sa. Daga cikin wadanda ya saya suka kuma sauya sheka har da shuwagabannin kabilar Kinda a lokacin.
Wannan yasa kwamandan rundunar Imam Al-Hassan (a) Ubaidullah dan Abbas a lokacin ya rubutawa Imam Al-Hassan wasika yana bashi labarin yadda sojojinsa suke sauya sheka suka komawa bangaren Mu’awiya dan Abusufyan.
Wannan kafin shi ma, Ubaidullah Mu’awiya ya aika masa na nasa yaudarar, inda ya rubuta masa wasika yana cewa wai Imam Al-Hassan (a) yana musayar wasiku da shi, dangane da mayar masu da shugabancin Al-ummar Musulmi. Don haka ya bukaci Ubaidullah, ya gaggauta zuwa wajensa, idan yayi haka to shi shugaba ne wanda za’a yi biyayya a gareshi, idan kuma ya jinkirta to zai zama mabiye, wato ba zai sami wani matsayi ba, idan shi Mu’awiya ya karbi shugabanci. Banda haka, dan sako ya nuna masa dinari 500 wanda zai karba nan take, idan ya amince sannan zai bashi wasu karin dubu 500 idan ya shiga Kufa.

Ana cikin wannan Halin Mu’awiya ya ci gaba da yada karya da makirci wa Imam Al-Hassan da rundunarsa, inda ya aika zuwa Mada’in inda suka yada cewa ai, shima Kais dan Sa’ad dan Ubada shima ya canza tseka ya sulhunta da Mu’awiya ya kuma koma bangaren sa.
Suna cewa idan har an sami kan Ubaidullahi dan Abbas an saye shi, duk da cewa shi dangin Imam Al-Hassan ne, to waye kuma da ba za’a saye shi ba. Don haka kais ma bai fi karfin a saye shi ba.
Daga nan sai Imam Al-Hassan (a) ya fita birnin Kufa tare da mutane daban-daban, inda ya nufi Mada’in, a kan hanyarsa ya wuce da garuruwan Hamman Umar, da Muzlimu Saabaad.
Aka cikin wannan halin sai Mu’awiya ya aiko Abdullahi dan Amir zuwa wajen rundunar Imam Al-Hassan (a) da ke Mada’in, wanda ya zo ya tsaya a gabansu yana yana karya, saboda ya tsoratar da rundunar. A lokacinda ya karasa sai ya daga murya yana cewa: Ya ku mutanen Iraqi, ni bana ganin za’a yi yaki, ni na fito ne daga wajen Mu’awiya yake ya shigo Ambar a halin yanzu, tare da wata runduna na mutanen Sham, ku isar da gaisuwata ga –Aba Muhammad ( Imam Alhassan) ku fada masa cewa. Ina maka gargadi ka kula da kanka da kuma rayuwar wadan nan Jama’a wadanda suke tare da kai. ]]
Abin mamaka shi ne, a lokacinda suka ji wannan sanarwan ta Abdullah dan Amir sai tsoro ya shigeshi, saboda basa son mutuwa sannan suna jin tsaron ba zasu iya fuskantar rundunar Ma’awiya ba.
Banda haka Ma’awiya ya ci gaba da sayan shuwagabannin kabilun larabawan Iraki da kwamadojinsu, har suka bada labarin wai an kashe Kais dan Sa’adu dan Ubada, shugaban rundunar Imam Al-Hassan da ke Maskani.
A cikin wannan halin ne wasu daga cikin shuwagabannin kabilun larabawa a cikin rundunar Imam Al-Hassan (a) suka rubutawa Mu’awiya wasika, inda suke fada masa cewa a shirye suke su kashe Imam Alhassan idan ya bukaci hakan. Ko kuma a shirye suke su kama shi su mika shi gareshi idan yana son hakan.
A lokacinda Mu’awiya ya karbi wannan wasikar sai ya aikawa Imam Al-Hassan (a) don ya gani, ya kuma san cewa baida magoya baya, kuma yana cikin hatsari hatta a cikin sojojinsa.
Kuma a lokacinda Imam (a) ya karbi wasikun wadan nan shuwagabannin kabilun larabawa sai ya kara tabbatar da cewa su masu kha’inci ne, kuma ya sami yakini kan cewa ba zasu taba taimaka masa ba.
Ana cikin wannan halin sai Imam Al-Hassan ya aiki wani shugaba daga cikin kabilar Kinda tare da mayaka dubu 4 zuwa Ambar tare da Umarnin idan ya isa can kada ya yi kome sai umrninsa ya zo masa.
Wannan shugaban yana isa Ambar Mu’awiya ya aika masa wasika da kudade dinari dubu 500, a cikin wasikar ya ce masa, idan ka zo mani zan sanya ka sarautar a wani tsibiri wanda ba Manfasba., sai kawai ya karbi kudaden ya kuma sulale ya fice daga rundunarsa ya tare da mutane kimani 200 daga cikin makusantarsa da kuma sojojinsa da danginsa zuwa wajen Mu’awiya. Ya kha’inci Imam Al-Hassan (a).
A lokacinda labara ya zowa Imam Al-Hassan (a) sai ya yi bakin ciki, ya kuma haw Mimbari yana Khuduba, yana cewa:
{Ga Bakinde nan ya koma ya koma wajen Mu’awiya, ya kha’inceni ya kha’ineku, ya sha nanata maku kan cewa baku da cika al-kawali kuna bayin duniya ne, kuma a halin yanzu zai aika wani wanda zai maye gurbinsa, kuma lalle ni na sani zai kha’inceni da ku, zai kuma aikata abinda mutuminsa ya aikata ne, ba zai kiyaye hakkina da hakkinku ba.}
Sai Imam Al-Hassan (a) na nada wani daga cikin shuwagabannin kabilar Murad, tare da makama dubu 4, sannan ya fada masa cewa kaima zaka yaudareni, sai ya rantse kan cewa ba zai yi haka ba.
Imam yace masa: Zaka yi, mutumin ya rantse da Allah kan cewa ba zai kasance kamar wanda ya gada ba. Imam yace masa yaje, zamu gani. Yana isa Ambar, mu’awiya ya aika masa dinari dubu 500 ya yi masa alkawalin sarautar wani wuri a sham fiye da wanda ya bawa na farkon. Sai mutumin ya karbi kudaden ya kuma koma wajen Mu’awiya kamar yadda Imam (a) ya fada.
Wannan al-amarin ya sake girgiza rundunar Imam Al-Hassan fiye da yadda kuke tsammani, don da dama daga cikin shuwagabannin Kabilun larabwan Iraki sun yi kha’inci sun yi kha’inci har ya kaiga Imam ya rasa wa zai amince da shi daga cikinsu.
