125-Assalamu alaikum masu sauraro barkammu da warhaka barkammu da sake saduwa a cikin shirimmu na kissoshin rayuwa shiri wanda yake kawo maku kissoshi wadanda suka zo cikin alkur;abi mai girma ko cikin wasu littafan wadanda suka hada da Dastane Rastan na Aya. Shahid Murtada muttahari ko littafin Mathnawa na maulana Jalaluddin rumi ko kuma cikin wasu littafai.
////…Madallah masu sauraro, idan kuna tare da mu a cikin shirimmu da ya gabaya, a kuma cikin sirar Imam Hassan Akmujtaba (a) dan Fatima (s) diyar manzon All…(s). da muke kawo maku. A shirimmu na karshe mun kawo maku yadda amirulmuminina (A) ya yi zango a wani wuri da ake kira Rabzata a kan hanyasa ta zuwa Basra, daga nanan ta tada mutane har sau ukku zuwa Kufa da farko ya aiki Mohammada dan Abubakar da kuma Muhammad dan Jaafar Dayyar, da sako zuwa wajen Abumusa Alashari walin Immam a Kufa, amma ya ki ya aiwatar da umurnin Imam (a) na tara kasa mutanen Kufa su taimaka masa a yakin da Talha da Zubair, bayan ya ga haka sai sake Aika masa da Hashim al-Mirqal tare da wata wasikar inda a cikin yay a bayyana masa cewa ya bar Hashin ya kira mutane zuwa ga jihadi tare da shi, kuma ya san cewa bai sanyashi gwamnan kufa don yayi abinda yaga dama ba, ya aikeshi ne don ya taimaka masa.
Amma Abumusa Al-ashari ya ki sauraronsa, daga nan sai ya aiki tawaga ta uku wacce to kunshi dansa Imam Hassan (a) tare da Ammar dan Yasir da wasunsu, tare da wasikar tube abu musa a matsayin gwamnan Kufa tare da maye gurbinsa sa Qurdhatah dan Kaab Al-Ansari.
Sai dai hakan bai sa Abu musa al-ansari ya dawo daga ra’ayinsa, a nan sai da Iammam Hassan (a) ya hau kansa, yad aka masa tsawa ya kuma bada wuri suka sami damar ya wa mutanen kufa Magana.
A cikin khudubarsa Imam Haasan (a) ya bayyana matsayin babans, na cewa ba mutum wanda za’a yi shakkansa a cikin kyautata al-amuran musulmi ba. Ya kuma tabbatar masu da cewa ko da mutanen kufa basu taimaka masa ba, muhajirun da ansar wadanda suke tare da shi a lokacin sun wadatar da shi, Ya ce mutanen Kufa su fita tare da babansa, su taimakawa All..da manzonsa ya taima ka masu.
Sai Ammar ya tashi yana kodaitar da mutane fita yake tare da Amirul muminin((a) sannan yana masu bayani a kan Uthman yana cewa: Ya ku mutanen Kufa, Idan labarimmu bai zo maku ba, hakaki amma al-amarimmu ya riskeku, Lalle wadanda suka kashe Uthman basa neman uzurin mutane saboda kashe shi, kuma basa musanta cewa su suka kasheshi, kuma sun Sanya Alkur’ani mai girma tsakaninsu da wadanda suke neman hujjar kasasheshi. All..ne yake raya wanda ya raya, sji yake kashe wanda aka kashe, Kuma Talha da Zubair sune mutane na farko da suka fara sukan Uthman kuma sune na karshe da suka bada umurni a kashesu. Banda haka sune na farko da suka yi mubaya,a ga (amirulmuminina (a). A lokacinda suka ga cewa sun yi kuskuren abinda suke fatan samu a wajensa, sai suka kwance bai’arsu ba tare da wani dalili ba.
Ga kuma dan diyar manzon All..(a) ya zo don neman ku fita yaki. Kuma ya nuna muka Aliyu (a) a cikin muhajiruna da wadanda suke je badar, da Ansar wadanda suka zabi madina mazauna da kuma Imani da musulunci kafin hijira.
Haka ma Kais dan Sa’ad dan Ubada ya tashi yayi Magana, yana cewa: idan da mun maida wannan al-amarin zuwa ga shura Al-Umariyya, zamu ga cewa Imam Ali ne yafi cancanta. Saboda gabaki dayan wadanta suka rage a shurar basu kai Aliyu (a) cancanta ba.
Don yan shura da suka rage a lokacin sa’ad dan abiwaqqas ne, da Talha da Zubair da kuma shi Amirul muminina(a). An kashe Uthman da kwanaki Amirul muminina (a) ya ki karban khalifanci, amma mutane suka ce, ba zasu yiwa kowa bai’a bas ai Aliyu(a) ga kuma Talha da Zubair da Sa’adu dan Abi wakkas, duk .suka dage sai Aliyu (a).
Banda haka a taron shura Umari, Zubair ya bawa Ali (a) Quri’arsa, Talha da Sa’ad dan Abiwaqqas duk sun bawa Uthman a bawa Uthman kuri’arsa. Sannan shugaban shurara Abdurrahman dan Auf ya zabi Uthman bayan da Aliyu (a) ya ki amincea da sharuddansa.
Da imam (a) yana son Mulki da ya karba, amma ya ki sai dan Aufa ya bashi da sharuddan da ya shimfidawa Ali (a) ya karba da sharuddansa, amma bai yi aiki da ko wanne daga sharuddan da ya kar ba.
Amma bayan da mutane suka yiwa Imam Bai’a daga ciki har da Talha da Zubair, wannan kawai ya isa hujja a halatta jininsu. Ballantana sun aikata laifuka da dama.
Don haka daga karshen saida suka tilastawa Abu Musa Al-ashari fita daga gidan gwamnati a Basra. Sannan suka fita da mutanen kufa zuwa wajen Amirul muminina (a) wanda a lokacin ya isa wani wuri da ake kira zeeqar kan hanyar Basra daga kufa. Idan zaku tuna Aisha ma ta yi zango a nan kafiya .
Don haka ya zama duk wanda Abdurrahman dan Auf ya zaba shi ne Khalifa, amma sai fara da Aliyu (a) inda ya shamfida masa sharudda idan ya amince zai bashi. Sai Imam ya ki amincewa da sharuddan da danAuf shimfida masa na bin sunnar Abubakar da Umar.
A lokacinda Imam Hassan (a) ya gake da jujjuwar Abumusa sai ya yi masa tsawo yana cewa: {Ka ajiye mana shugabancinmu ya kai wannan mutum, ka nisanci mimbarimmu, …}
A lokacinda yayi fushi da Abumusa alashari, sai ya juya wajen mutane dana kodaitar da su taimakawa mahaifinsa a cikin khudubarsa yana cewa : Ya ku mutane! Ku karbi kiran shugabanku. Ku je ku hadu da yan’uwanku. Sai an samar da wadanda zasu rike wannan aikin, wanda zai fito yaki. Na rantse idan ma’abuta hankali suka karbi shugabancin sa, Abin buga misali a duniya sannan Alkhairi garesu daga karshe, ku karbi kirammu, kan abinda aka jarrabamu da mu da ku a kansa.
Ya ku mutane: Amirulmuminina (a) yana fada .Lalle ne na fito fitowata kan cewa wannan Azzalumine ko wanda aka zalunta. Lalle ni ina tunatar da ku All…duk wani mutum wanda ya ga gaskiya ya fito, idan ya ga cewa ni ne aka zalunta ya taimaka mani, idan kuma na kasashen azzalumi ne, ya kwace halli daga wajen na.
Na rantse da All..Lallei Talha da Zubair sune suka fara yi mani bai’a kuma sune suka fara yaudarata. Shin na dauki wata dukiya ne kebe kaina da ita ne. Ko na sauya wani hukuncin All..ku fito yaki tare da ni, ku fito ku yi umurni da mai kyawu, ku kuma hana marasa yau.}
Sai kawai mutane suka ce mun amince zamu ji mu bi, suna cewa mun amince da jagoranci,
Amma duk tare da wannan nasarrar da suka samu. Malikil Ashtara yana ganin sai an fitowa Abumusa da karfi. Don haka da shi da wasu mutanesa sun je sun yiwa gidan gwamnati a kufa kawayya. A lokacinda gari ya waye, Al-as’ari ya fita daga gidan gwamnati. Sai Imam hassan (a) ya sake tara mutane yana kodaitar da su shiri don fita yaki. Sannan yace masu: Ya ku mutane, Ni zan tafi wanda yake so ya fita da ni a haye, sai mu tafi tare wanda kuma yake son fita ta Ruwan kogi yana iya yi.
Daga nan nasara ta bayyana fili mutane sun fara Shirin fita tare da Imam Al-Haasan (a ) don riskan mahaifsa Amirul muminina(a). a Zeekar yana jiransu, yayi kuma farin ciki da abinda ya faru.
Sai wata karyan da aka yiwa Imam Hassan (a), wanda Dabari ya kawo a cikin littafinsa Attarikh, inda yake cewa: Imam Hassan (a) ya zo wajen mahaifinsa bayan fitowar Talha da zubair, sai yace masa: Na umurceka ka saba mani, sai gashi a yau za’a kasheka saboda sakacinka. Baka da mataimaki.
Sai Imam Ali (a) ya ce masa: Baka gushe ba kana kokanka kamar kuka kuyanga. Me ka umurceni na sabamaka?
-Na umurceka a ranar da aka kashe Uthman ka bar Madina a kasheshi baka nan. Sannan na umurceka, a randa aka kasheshi kada ka yarda ayi maka bai;a, san an zo maka da bai’ar dukkan birane da kuma larabawa. Sannan na umurceka, a lokacinda wadan nan mutane 2 suka yi abinda suka yi, ka zauna a gidanka har sai sun sulhunta a tsakaninsu, don haka idan wani abu y abaci ba a hannunka, sai dai a hannun wanika. Amma sai ka saba mani.
Sai Imam ya bashi amsa da cewa: Ya da : Amma zancenka da na bar madina a lokacinda aka yi kofar ragowa gida Uthman, ai muma an yiwa gidammu kawanya kamar yadda aka yi wa uthman. Amma zancenka kada ayi maka bai’a sai an kawo maka bai’ar birabe. Ai al-amari na mutanen madina ne, ba ma son hakan ya kubuce mana. Amma zancenka a lokacinda Talha da zubair suka fita. Wannan ai wulakanci ne ga addinin musulunci. Na rantse da All..ban gushe ba, an rinjayeni tun lokacin da na karbi shugabancin. …
Amma zancenka ka zauna a gidanka. To yaya zanyi bayan ya zama dole. ,,, har zuwa karshenn maganarsa.
Wannan hadisin Tabari ya ruwaitoshi daga saifu dan Umar wanda malamai sun gamu a kan cewa makaryaci ne yana kuma kirkiro hadisai. An san shi da karya da kuma kirjiranbn hadsai.
Sannan yadda muka san iyalan gidan manzon All..(s) ta yayi Imam Hassan zai umurci babansa. Imam Hassan da kansa (a) bayan Jana’izarsa yana cewa . Lalle na farko basu fishi aikiba, wadanda zasu zo ba zasu riske shi ba. Wannan hadisin ya sabawa halayen Imam Hassan.
Masu saurararo a nan zamu dasa aya a cikin shirimmu nay au ai kuma wata fitowa idan All..ya kaimu. Wassalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu.

Ba abin mamaki ba ne cewa tsaro shi ne babban ƙalubalen da jihar Zamfara ta daɗe tana fama da shi. Daga Maradun zuwa Shinkafi, daga Anka zuwa Zurmi, matsalar ‘yan bindiga ta yi ƙatutu na tsawon shekaru.
Da yake karɓar mulki, Gwamna Dauda Lawal ya sanar da cewa “ba za a iya gina tattalin arziki ba idan tsoro ya mamaye ƙasa.”
Tun daga farkon watannin mulkinsa, ya kafa Kwamitin Tsaro na Musamman, wanda ke haɗa jami’an soja, ‘yan sanda, NSCDC da ‘yan sa-kai. Gwamnatin ta samar da motocin sintiri sama da 500, da kayan aikin zamani ga jami’an tsaro.
Har ila yau, an kafa Command and Control Centre a Gusau domin sa ido kan al’amuran tsaro ta hanyar amfani da fasahar zamani. Wannan mataki ya rage hare-hare a wasu yankuna, inda al’umma ke sake komawa gonakinsu da kasuwancinsu cikin natsuwa.

Haka kuma, gwamnatin ta buɗe Industrial Cluster a Gusau domin ƙarfafa haɗin gwiwa tsakanin masu ƙananan masana’antu, tare da samar da tallafi daga Bankin Noma da na Masana’antu.
A cewar kwamishinan tattalin arziki, “Gwamna Lawal na son ganin Zamfara ta daina dogaro da kuɗin rabon asusun tarayya, ta koma jiha mai samar da abin more rayuwa.”
Ilimi: Sabon salo na sake gina makarantun gwamnati
Fannin ilimi shi ne ginshiƙin ci gaban kowace al’umma. A ƙarƙashin wannan gwamnati, an mayar da hankali wajen gyaran makarantu sama da 200, tare da samar da kujeru, littattafai, kayan koyarwa da gyaran gine-gine.
Gwamnati ta kuma dawo da malamai dubu ɗaya (1,000) da aka bar su ba tare da albashi ba a baya, sannan aka ƙaddamar da shirin “Back to School” domin dawo da yara daga kan titi zuwa aji.
Haka kuma, gwamnatin ta sake gyara Zamfara State University Talata-Mafara, inda aka ƙara sabbin sassa na kimiyya da fasaha tare da inganta wuraren kwana da ɗakin karatu.
Lafiya: Asibitoci suna sake farfaɗowa
A bangaren lafiya, gwamnatin ta ƙaddamar da Free Maternal and Child Healthcare Programme, wanda ke bai wa mata da yara ƙarƙashin shekaru biyar kulawa kyauta a asibitoci.
An gyara asibitoci 14 a faɗin jihar, ciki har da babban asibitin Gusau, da aka sake gina dakin haihuwa da dakin tiyata da kayan aiki na zamani.
Gwamnati ta kuma samar da motocin ɗaukar marasa lafiya (ambulance) a kowace ƙaramar hukuma, tare da tura sabbin ma’aikatan jinya, likitoci da masu jinya zuwa yankunan karkara.
Ayyukan Gina Hanyoyi da Tsarin Gine-gine
Gwamnatin Dauda Lawal ta ƙaddamar da aikin gine-ginen manyan hanyoyi kamar Gusau–Damba–Mayana, Zurmi–Bukkuyum, da Kaura Namoda–Birnin Magaji.
Har ila yau, an gyara titunan cikin garin Gusau, inda aka saka fitilun zamani da tsarin ban ruwa don rage ƙura da datti.
A cewar Gwamna Lawal, “titi ba kawai hanyar mota ba ce, ita ce hanyar ci gaban al’umma.”
Gudanar da Gwamnati da Gaskiya
Wani abu da ya bambanta wannan gwamnati da waɗanda suka shuɗe shi ne gaskiya. A karon farko, Zamfara ta kafa tsarin Open Budget Portal, inda kowa zai iya ganin yadda kuɗin gwamnati ke tafiya.
Gwamnatin ta kuma kafa Anti-Corruption and Due Process Bureau, domin tabbatar da cewa kowace kwangila yana bin ƙa’idar gaskiya da nagarta.
Matsayin Jama’a da Hangen Nesa
Yawancin mazauna jihar sun bayyana cewa wannan gwamnatin “ta shigo da sabuwar rayuwa.” A cewar wani ɗan kasuwa a Gusau, “A baya, an manta da mu gaba ɗaya. Amma yanzu muna ganin canji a zahiri.”
Gwamna Dauda Lawal ya bayyana cewa burinsa shi ne “Zamfara ta zama misalin tsabta, ci gaba da daidaito a Arewa.”
A tsarin da yake ginawa, ya ƙunshi Zamfara 2050 Vision Plan, shiri mai dogon lokaci da ke nufin canja jihar daga karkacewar tsaro da talauci zuwa jihar da ke iya dogaro da kanta.
Kammalawa
A ƙarshe, shekaru biyu bayan hawansa mulki, Dauda Lawal ya kafa tubalin sabon sahu a Zamfara – sahun da ya haɗa da tsaro, ilimi, lafiya, da tattalin arziki.
Ko da yake har yanzu akwai ɗan burbushin ƙalubale na tsaro da tattalin arziki, yawancin ‘yan Zamfara na ganin cewa wannan gwamnatin ta fara canji daga tushe, kuma abin da ke buƙata shi ne ci gaba da ɗorewar gaskiya, aiki tuƙuru da haɗin kai.
Zamfara tana fuskantar sabon zamani. Kuma idan aka kiyaye wannan tafiya, akwai yiwuwar a ce a cikin ɗan lokaci, Dauda Lawal ya kafa sabon tarihin shugabanci a Arewa.
