114-Assalamu alaikum masu sauraro barkammu da warhaka barkammu da sake saduwa a cikin shirimmu na kissoshin rayuwa shiri wanda yake kawo maku kissiso da suka zo cikin alkur’ani mai girma ko kuma cikin wasu littafan wadanda suka hada da littafin dastane rastan, ko kum littafin mathnawi na maulana Jalaluddeen rumi.

Ko kuma cikin wasu littafan da fatan masu sauraro zasu kasance tare da mu a cikin shirimmu na yau.

///… Masu sauraro idan kuna tare da mu a cikin shirimmu da ya gabata, a kuma cikin sirar Imam Al-hassan limami na biyu daga cikin limamai masu tsarki daga iyalan gidan manzon All..(s), kuma da na farko ga Fatimah(s) diyar manzon All..(s), sannan jikansa na farko.

A cikin shirimmu da ya gabata, mun yi maganar yadda Khalifa Uthman ya wanye da Ammar dan Yasir ( R), mun ji yadda Ammar ya tashi da shi da iyayensa suka fara karban musulunci a Makka, da kuma yadda suka yi shahada a hannun Abu Jahal, sannan yadda Ammar ya kubuta daga sahrrinsa bayan ya fadi abinda suke so, ba da sonsa ba. Amma alkur’ani ya sauka yana tabbatar masa da Imani.

Sannan munji yadda manzon All…(s) yake himmantuwa da al-amarin Ammar don Yasir ba don iyayensa su ne shahidar na farko a makka ko a musulunci ba, sai har da cewa yana da Ikhlasi da kuma tsoron All… don haka manzon All..(s) yana girmama Ammar dan yasir ne saboda tsoron All…da kusancinsa da shi. Saboda a hadisan da aka karbo daga gareshi (s) dangane da Ammar suna maganane a kansa, kamar . Inda yake cewa. All..kayi fushi da wanda yayi fushi da Ammar. Sannan manzon All..yayi masu alkawali da shiga aljanna tun suna Makka, inda yake cewa: Ya ku yan gidan yasir kuyi hakuri laillai makomarku aljanna ce.

Sannan munji yadda ya narke a cikin son Aliyu dan Abitalib (a) bayan wafatin manzon All… Da kuma yadda Khalifa Uthman ya sa aka dakeshi har ya suma, har sau biyu.

A cikin shirimmu nay au zamu yi magana kan yadda aka yi wa Imam Alhassan (a), dangane da wai yana son Khalifa Uthman, kuma yana bakin ciki da kissansa, wanda Taha Hussain ya kawo a cikin littafinsa –Fitnatul Kubra.

Wasu malaman tarihi sun ruwaito hadisan kariya sun jinginawa Imam Alhassan dan Aliyu dan Abitalib (a) dangane da Khalifa Uthman, sun riya cewa Imam Alhassan (a), yana daga cikin masoyan khalifa Uthman, kuma yana sonshi har cikin zuciyarsa. A cikin rayuwarsa da kuma bayan kashe shi.

Dr Taha Hussain yana daga cikin wadanda suka tafi a kan wannan ra’ayin, inda yake fada cikin littafinsa Ftnatul Kubra, yana cewa” Hassan (a) bai gushe ba yana son Uthman, ya kasance masoyin Uthman ne da gaske, sai dai bai zare takobi don neman fansar jininsa ba, don bayan ganin hakan hakkinsa ne, wasu lokutan yakan wuce gona da sonsa Uthman har sai da a fadawa babansa (Imam Ali) abinsa dai dace ba. Kamar yadda, masu ruwaye sun ruwato daga Ali (a) ya wuce dansa Imam Hassan (a) yana alwala, sai ya ce masa, ka kyautata alwala, sai ya bashi wannan amsar mai daci, inda wai yana ce masa (hakika kun kashe wani mutum a jiya yana kyautata alwala). Sannan Aliyu (a) bai kara wani abu ba sai wannan Kalmar, (hakika All..ya tsawaita sonka ga Uthman).

Sai dai idan muka dubi wannan ruwayar wanda Taha Hussain ya kawo shi don karfafa ra’ayinsa, hakaka Balaziri ya ruwaitoshi, dada Mada’in, a cikin littafinsa ‘Al-ansabul Al-ashraaf JZ 5 sh 81, Shi wannan Mada’ini an sanshi da kin iyalan gidan manzon All..(a) , wato nasibi ne, sannan an sanshi da kirkiro hadisai na yabo da goyon baya ga banu umayya, yana jinginawa manzon All..(s).

Kuma manufarsa da kirkiro wannan hadisin ita ce tsarakaka banu Umayya, ta jikan manzon All..(s) mai tsari Imam Hassan (a). Don ya nuna cewa salihan bayi kamar Jikan manzon All..(s) yana son Uthman. Banda raunin sanadin wannan hadisin, ga wasu karin abin lura a cikinsa.

01- Idan har da gaskiya ne, Imam Ali (a) ya na son yi wa dansa gyara a alwalarsa, to me yasa Imam Hassan (a) zai fada masa wannan kalmomi masu daci?, Sannan A lokacinda aka kashe Khalifa Uthman, Imam Hassan (a) yana dan shekara 32 a duniya bai iya alwala ba? Imam Hassan (a) ya tashi a gaban manzon All..(s) yana dan shekara 7 a duniya, kakansa manzon All..(s) ya kaura daga wannan duniya, amma bai koyawa jikansa na farko, alwala ba?

Sai ya yana dan shekara fiye da 30 ne babazansa zai koya masa al-walah, ? ko way a san wannan ba haka yake ba.

Sannan ina hadisin nan da aka bayyana cewa Imam Hassan da Hussain (a) suka ga wani dattijo bai iya alwala ba, sai tunda su yara ne a lokacin sai suka yi dubara ta kyautata masa al-walansa, inda dayansu yayi alwala irin na dattijo sai dayan kuma yayi alwala mai kyau, sai dattajan ya gano cewa da shi ake nufi sai ya gyara alwalansa. ?

Wanda ya nuna cewa Imam AlHassan da Alhussain (a) suna koyawa mutane alwala tun kakansu manzon All..(s) ya na da ransa a duniya.

02-Sun ce Imam Alhassan (a) yana daga cikin masu kare khalifa Uthman a lokacinda yan tawaye suka yiwa gidansa kofar rago, kuma yana haka tare da Umurnin babansa Imam Ali(a) ne, to ta yaya a wannan hadisin Imam Hassan yana zargin babansa da kashe Uthman? .

Al-hali mun san cewa Imam Hassan yana tare da mahaifinsa, a yakin Jamal da kuma yakin siffin, a lokacinda yayi wadanda suke tuhumarsa da kashe Khalifa Uthman, suna cewa suna yakarsa ne don daukar fansar jinin Uthman. Imam Alhassan da Alhussain duk suna tare da mahaifinsu a wadannan wurare suna goyon bayansa, kuma basa tuhumarsa da kashe Khalifa Uthman.

Wannan ya tabbatar mana cewa, Mada’ini ya kirkiro wannan hadinsin ne tare da manufar da muka bayyana.

03-Ayyukan Uthman ne suka kasheshi, ya dorawa mutanen Masar da Kufa danginsa suka yi ta kashe su da kuma zaluntarsu, sun kawo kokari a Madina ya ki amsa korafe-korafensu, a lokacinda ya amsa kiran mutanen masar, daga baya ya warware.

A nan sai suka ce ko ya sauka daga khalifanci ko kuma su kasheshi, da yaki sauka suka kashe kashe. Imam Ali (a) bai da hannu ko kadan wajen kissan Khalifa Uthman, ta yaya dansa Imam Hassan (a), kamar yadda ya zo a cikin Hadisin Mada’ini,  zai tuhum- babansa da kissan Uthman, kamar yadda wannan hadisin yake cewa,  ya san cewa ba haka ne ba.?  

Amma abinda ya faru kafin kissan Khalifa na uku,  shi ne cewa, Khalifa Uthman ya aikata abubuwan da dama wadanda basu dace ba, har sai ya kai ga ba wani kare shi a cikin sahabban manzon All..(s) a Madina.

Hatta, talha da zubai da Abdurrahman bin Auf, wanda ya dorashi kan khalifancin, kuma  wadanda ya yi masu ni’imoni, masu yawa, sun dawo daga rakiyarsa.

Duk sun dawo suna fushi da shi. Ta yaya wadannan sahabban manzon All..(s) da salihan bayi daga cikinsu wadanda muka ambata a baya, kamar Abuzar, Ammar, Abdullahi dan Mas’ud da Aliyu dan Abi talib da sauransu duk suna aibata shi. Amma sai Imam Hassan (a) ya zama ya na sonsa?. Ba zai yu ba.

Don haka tare da wannan zamu ga cewa, ba kuma wata kima ga wannan Hadisin a sanadinsa da mataninsa. Abin mamaki shi ne, ta yaya Taha Hussain bai yi bincike mai zurfi a cikin wannan hadisin ba har ya zo ya fada cikin wannan tatsuniyar.

Don haka a lokacinda ayyukan Uthman suka zama abin tattaunawa a ko ina a Madina da sauran manya manyan garuruwan musulmi, sai zabubbu cikin sahabban manzon All..suka taro suka yi shawara, suka kuma yanke shawara kan cewa dole ne su sauya shugabancin musulmi. Don haka suka aika wasiku zuwa manya manyan kasashen musulmi suna neman taimakonsu da makamai da kuma sojoji.

Ga Nassin abinda ya zo cikin daya daga cikin wasikun da suka rubuta. Wannan wasikar zuwa ga mutanen Masar.

Da ku zo wajemmu, ku kawo dauki ga khalifancin manzon All..(s) kafin ma’abutanta, su kwaceta su kwaceta, to lalle lillafin All.. an sauya shi (ba’a aiki da shi),kuma sunnar manzon All..(s) an sauya ta, kuma hukunce, hukuncen khalifofi biyu an sauyasu, Muna hada All…kan cewa duk wanda ya karabta wannan takardan, daga cikin sahabban manzon All…(s)  da suka saura, da mabiyansu da kyautatawa, face ya taho mana, don ya karbo mana hakkimmu, kuma mu bashi hakkinsa, to ku zo mana idan har kunyi Imani da All..da ranar lahirah, (ku zo ku) ku tsaida gaskiyar bisa tafarki bayyananniya wanda manzonku (s) ya barku a kanta, kuma wacce khalifofi suka barku a kanta, an rinjayemu kan hakkimmu, an mamaye dukiyarmu, kuma an shiga tsakanimmu da al-amarimmu, kuma khalifanci bayan bayan bayan manzon All..(s) ta kasance khalifancin annabi, kuma mai rahama, amma a yau ta zama mulki na zalunci, wato wanda ya sami rinjaye ya ci.. …}.

Wannan kadan Kenan daga wasikar da sahabbai muhajirun suka rubutawa suran sahabban a wasu wurare, kuma Ibn Kutaiba ya kawo ta a cikin littafinsa Al-imama wassiya shafi na 35.

Sannan wadan wasikar ta ambaci abubuwa da dama wadanda suka fadawa daular musulunci da musulmi saboda mulkin Uthman.

Hanyar Da Matasa Za Su Bi Don Ceto Demokuradiyyar Nijeriya Daga Rugujewa

Matsalolin Da Muke Fuskanta:                    

Bayan shekar 22 da kubutar da Nijeriya daga mulkin soja, dimokuradiyya na ci gaba da fama da rauni mai tsanani. Alamun cutar sun bayyana ne a cinikin baragurbin wakilai (delegates), amfani da kudin kasa da aka wawure ta hanyar haram wajen gudanar da yakin neman zabe, makudan kudin da ake ware wa Hukumar Zabe ta Kasa (INEC), karancin yawan masu kada kuri’a, sayen kuri’u a bainar jama’a, tashin hankali yayin zabe, da kuma yaduwar fargaba, musamman a tsakanin matasa, cin amana na ’yan siyasa, canja sheka da zababbu ke yi, da dai sauran makamantansu.                                       

Asalin matsalar ita ce, rashin shiga cikin gudanar da gwamnati a siyasance (edclusion) na masu gaskiya da rikon amana, matasa, mata, masu fama da nakasa, ‘yan gudun hijira da jam’iyyun da ke da karamin karfi, duk sun kasance a wajen filin. 

Wannan ba kawai rashin adalci ba ne, har ma ya saba wa kundin tsarin mulki, kuma barazana ce ga zaman lafiya da ci gaban kasa. Idan ka duba, za ka fahimci cewa; dimokuradiyyarmu na hannun wasu tsirarun mutane da shugabannin jam’iyyu masu karfi, wadanda suka killace matasa da sauran ‘yan Nijeriya daga samun damar shiga siyasa ko a saurare su ko la’akari da tasu gudunmawar. Dimokuradiyyar cikin gida a jam’iyyu, abin dariya ne kawai, domin an mayar da zabe na cikin gida zuwa ciniki, wato ba ni kudi ga kuri’a. Inda a wani bangaren kuma, INEC na fuskantar kalubalen rashin ’yanci da rashin kwarin guiwar aiwatar da dokokinta. 

Har ila yau, ‘yan gudun hijira da sauran al’umma masu rinjaye ana ci gaba da ware su daga zabe. Haka nan, hukumar zaben jihohi, musamman yadda aka gani a zaben kananan hukumomi a Kaduna da Bauchi, sun zama wani kwafi da ya ci mutuncin dimokuradiyya. Wannan ya saba wa sassa da dama na Kundin Tsarin Mulki na 1999 (Sashe 14(2)(a), 15(1), 40, 153(1)(f), 221, 318(1), da Jadawali na Bakwai), da Dokokin Kungiyar Tarayyar Afirka da kuma Majalisar Dinkin Duniya.   

 

Yadda Wannan Tsari Na Matasa Zai Taimaka Wajen Ceto Siyasarmu:

1-Yarjejeniya Ta kasa Don Siyasa Mai Inganci (National Charter for Inclusion): A samar da wata Yarjejeniya ta hadin gwiwa tsakanin Ma’aikatar Matasa ta Kasa, Kungiyar Gamayyan Jamíyyun Siyasa (IPAC), Hukumar Zabe ta Kasa (INEC), Kungiyoyin Fararen Hula da Majalisar Matasa ta Nijeriya. Wannan yarjejeniya za ta kafa ka’idoji da dokokin da za su tilasta dimokuradiyya a cikin jam’iyyu, tabbatar da adalci wajen zabubbuka da kuma bai wa dukkannin jam’iyyun da suka shiga zabe damar ba da gudunmuwa wajen shugabanci a kowane mataki da kuma bai wa matasa, mata, ‘yan gudun hijira da kowa da kowa damar ’yancin tsayawa takara cikin adalci.  

2- Sauyi Mai Zurfi Ga Jam’iyyu da Tsarin Zabe: Ya zama wajibi jam’iyyu su bude kofa. A kafa dokar da za ta tilasta duk mai son tsayawa takara gabatar da “Tsarin Ayyuka” (Project Plans) kafin hawa kujera, sannan ya fitar da “Rahoton Karshe” (End-of-Term Reports), bayan barin gado ko da kuwa zai koma kuwa. 3- Runguman Dimokuradiyyar Dijital Hannu Biyu (Digital Democracy): A kafa “Cibiyar Dimokuradiyyar Dijital ta Kasa (NDDH)” da za ta sa ido, bayar da rahoto kai tsaye, sa ido kan kudin yakin neman zabe da tantance tsarin jam’iyyu. Za ta kuma ba da damar samun ilimin siyasa ta hanyar wasanni da fasahar zamani domin kara fahimta, rage rashin sha’awa daga matasa, da bunkasa ilimi da rikon amana. 

4- Karfafa IPAC Youth da Shirye-shiryen Fadakarwa: A karfafa Bangaren Matasa na IPAC (IPAC Youth Directorate) daga matakin kasa har zuwa jihohi, ta hanyar samar da doka, kasafin kudi da kuma tsarin aiki. Sannan, a dora musu alhakin wayar da kan jama’a a fadin kasar nan, musamman a tsakanin wadanda aka ware daga siyasa. 

Me Za Mu Samu Idan An Bi Wannan Hanya? Za mu samu dimokuradiyya mai inganci da kuma tsabta, inda matasa, mata, masu fama da nakasa (PWDs) da ‘yan gudun hijira (IDPs) za su samu bakin fada kuma a ji a cikin siyasa da shugabanci. Za a samu karancin tashin hankali a lokacin zabe, raguwar sayen kuri’a da ingantaccen ilimi da wayewa a tsakanin jama’a.  Za kuma a samu jam’iyyu masu gaskiya da amana da kuma shugabanci na kwarai da ci gaban kasarmu Nijeriya. 

 

Matakan Aiwanar Da Wannan Tsari: 

Mataki na 1: Rubuta NSPPC tare da dukkan masu ruwa da tsaki.

Mataki na 2: Kafa tsarin dubawa tsakanin INEC, IPAC da CSO.

Mataki na 3: Kaddamar da NDDH da kayan aikin ilmantarwa.

Mataki na 4: Gyaran Dokar Zabe, domin shigar da wadanan al‘amura da muka gabatar a sama da sauran bukatu. 

Kafin Mu Kammala: Makomar dimokuradiyyar Nijeriya na cikin hadari. Ba za mu iya ci gaba da kallon halin da ake ciki ba na rashin adalci, cin amana, zangon kasa ga kasa da al’úmarta. 

Yazama wajibi mu yi amfani da karfin matasa, domin ceto Nijeriya daga bakin kuraye. Kirkire-kirkire da bukatar rikon amana, su ne maganin cutar da dimokuradiyyarmu ke fama da ita. 

Wannan tsari nawa na zuwa ne daga gwanancewa da aiki da IPAC, shirye-shiyen fitar da sakwanni ta ‘Bakondare Speaks’, wallafa rubuce-rubuce a manyan jaridu kamar su Premium Times, Daily Trust, Guardian, Punch, Banguard, Thisday , Leadership (A hausance da turanci)) da kuma shiga ayyukan siyasa masu tsafta da kuma alaka da kungiyoyi masu muhimmanci na siyasa.   

Yanzu ne lokacin sauyi! Muryar matasa ya kamata ta koma tsakiya wajen tsara manufofi da aiwatar da su. Yakamata dimokuradiyyar Nijeriya ta amfani kowa da kowa ba wasu ba kawai! 

Kafin rahoton karshe na wannan taro ya isa ofishin Shugaban Kasa ranar 12 ga Agusta, 2025 (Ranar Matasa ta Duniya), ina kira da babbar murya da fatan alheri ga duk dan Nijeriya da kuma dukkan wakilai da su rungumi wannan tsari. Ina kuma kira ga ’yan majalisa da masu zartarwa da su aiwatar da shi, domin ci gaban Nijeriya da kuma amfanin masu zuwa nan gaba. Yanzu ne lokacin daukar mataki na hakika da Jarumta! Allah ya yi mana albarka, ameen.
