BORNO: Karfin Iko Ya Hana Kadafur Cimma Burinsa
Kididdigar siyasa da ta kasance al’ada a siyasar Jihar Borno tun fara dimokuradiyya a 1999 za ta zama babban cikas ga mataimakin gwamna na yanzu, Alhaji Usman Kadafur, wajen gaje Gwamna Babagana Umara Zulum a karshen wa’adinsa a zaben shekara mai zuwa.
Yayin da yake magana da wakilinmu a Maiduguri, wani masani kan siyasa kuma dan asalin Kudu Borno, Adamu Ali, ya ce abu ne mai wuya Kadafur ya gaji Zulum, inda ya lura cewa a farko, Kadafur ba shi ne mafi karbuwa ba ko ma a Karamar Hukumarsa ta Biu a Kudu Borno.

GOMBE: Siyasar Addini Ta Hana Mataimaki Cimma Burinsa
Yayin da Gwamna Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya na Jihar Gombe ke shirin fita daga ofis a 2027, yanayin siyasar jihar ya fara dumi. Tambayar da ke mamaye al’amuran siyasa ita ce: “Wa zai fito a matsayin gwamna na gaba?”
Mataimakin Gwamna, Dr Manassah Daniel Jatau, dan kirista daga Kudu na Karamar Hukumar Balanga, zai iya kasancewa cikin wannan tattaunawa da damar gaje shugabansa, amma tun dawowar dimokuradiyya a 1999, siyasar Gombe tana bin wani tsarin da ake iya hasashe wanda aka tsara ne bisa la’akari da yankuna da addini.
Dukkan gwamnonin da aka zaba tun daga Abubakar Habu Hashidu zuwa Danjuma Goje, Ibrahim Hassan Dankwambo, har zuwa Inuwa Yahaya na yanzu duk sun fito ne daga arewacin jihar da Musulmi suka fi rinjaye, yayin da mataimakansu suke fitowa daga kudu inda Kiristoci suka fi yawa.
Ga masana kamar Dr Musa Tukur, malamin kimiyyar siyasa a Jami’ar Gombe, wannan tsarin hada yankuna biyu ya taimaka wajen inganta hadin kai, amma kuma ya haifar da katangar gado. Babu wani mataimakin gwamna a tarihin dimokuradiyyar Gombe da ya taba gadon shugabansa.

Jihar Imo: Mataimakin Gwamana Bai Da Kahon Karon Yin Takara
Yanayin siyasa a Jihar Imo bai nuna cewa mataimakiyar gwamna, Hajiya Chinyere Ekomaru, za a ba ta dama ta gaji gwamnatin Gwamna Hope Uzodimma ba.
Dalilin hakan ba ya da nisa, domin mataimakiyar gwamnan tana kama da sabuwa a harkar siyasa, tana da karancin kwarewa, tsarin siyasa da kwarewar da ake bukata don tafiyar da jihar mai rikitarwa kamar Imo.
Wannan kuma yana da alaka da asalin aikinta, kasancewarta ma’aikaciyar gwamnati mafi yawan lokacinta, ba tare da samun gogewar siyasa sosai ba.
Idan aka kalli halayyarta da kyau, ana iya fahimtar cewa watakila kawai an jawo ta cikin siyasa ne don cike gurbi, ba tare da niyyar ta gaji shugabanta ba.
Wani mai sharhi kan siyasa, Dr Harold Onumo, ya shaida wa LEADERSHIP Weekend cewa yawancin gwamnonin ba sa son barin mataimakansu su gaje su saboda son kai, tsoron abin da ba a sani ba, da kuma karancin kwarin gwiwa.
Ya bayyana cewa wasu gwamnonin na jin tsoron cewa idan suka ba da dama irin wannan, mataimakansu za su iya zama masu kudi da tasiri fiye da su.
A cewarsa, gwamnonin yawanci suna son su ci gaba da zama masu sarrafa al’amura, kuma su kasance ana kallonsu a matsayin “uba” a siyasa.

Yayin da Cif Achike Udenwa ya fi son Cif Iyke Ibeh, manyan ‘yan siyasa sun hadu ne suna goyon bayan Dr Ikedi Ohakim.
Lokacin da Ohakim ya nemi wa’adi na biyu, tsohon Shugaban Kasa Goodluck Jonathan ya ba da goyon baya ga Owelle Rochas Okorocha maimakon sa.
A lokacin da Okorocha ya yi kokarin saka wanda yake so surukinsa, Cif Uche Nwosu manyan kungiyoyin siyasa suka ki, lamarin da ya haifar da fitowar Emeka Ihedioha, wanda daga baya aka maye gurbinsa da Uzodimma.
A halin yanzu, rikici na tasowa tsakanin yankin majalisar dattawan Owerri da Okigwe kan wanda ya kamata ya gaji Uzodimma.
Yankin Owerri na jaddada cewa tun daga 1999 sun rike kujerar gwamna na kusan watanni takwas ne kawai a karkashin Cif Emeka Ihedioha.
A gefe guda kuma, yankin Okigwe na cewa dole ne a kammala wa’adinsu da aka katse lokacin mulkin Dr Ikedi Ohakim kafin yankin Owerri ya sake samun damar rike kujerar.
Masana harkokin siyasa na jaddada cewa Dr Chinyere Ekomaru, a matsayinta na mace, ba ta da karfin siyasa ko tasiri da zai ba ta damar ta gaji Uzodimma, domin har yanzu ba ta taka muhimmiyar rawa a kowace babbar matsalar siyasa a cikin jihar ba.

A cewarsa, burin yankin Owerri a yanzu shi ne kujerar gwamna gaba daya, ba na mataimaki ba kamar a da.
Ya bayyana cewa, da marigayi Cif Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, tsohon Shugaban Ohanaeze Ndigbo na Duniya, yana raye, da Ekomaru na iya samun dama. Amma da rasuwarsa, damar siyasarta ta ragu kwarai.
“A da, tsawon shekaru fiye da ashirin, ana tattauna makomar siyasar yankin Owerri a fadar marigayi Cif Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu. Mataimakiyar gwamnan Jihar Imo a yanzu, samfur ce daga gidan siyasar Iwuanyanwu.
“Zan iya fada maka, da yana raye, da Ekomaru tana cikin manyan ‘yan takarar kujerar gwamna. Amma yanzu Iwuanyanwu ya rasu, kuma wannan damar siyasa da take da ita a baya ta shude, sai dai in da gaske tana da niyyar tsayawa takarar 2027.”
Ya kara da cewa: “Magana ta gaskiya, bana tunanin Gwamna Uzodimma zai zabi Ekomaru a matsayin wacce zai goyi baya don ta gaje shi. Zaben gwamnan Imo zai kasance mai zafi sosai, kuma ba na tunanin gwamnan zai zabi wanda ba shi da ingantaccen tsari na siyasa a ko’ina cikin jihar.
“Kodayake Uzodimma gwamna ne mai ci, duk wanda zai zaba a matsayin magajinsa dole ne ya kasance mutum mai karfi a siyasa, domin sakamakon zaben gwamna na 2023 na iya bambanta kwarai da abin da za mu gani a 2027,” in ji Ndukwu.
Ko da yake Uzodimma bai bayyana wanda yake so ya gaje shi ba tukuna, masu lura da harkokin siyasa na ganin cewa hakan zai kasance aiki mai wahala, amma zai iya yiwuwa idan aka yi la’akari da dangantakarsa mai karfi a jam’iyyar APC.

Takarar neman zama gwamnan Bauchi a shekarar 2027 ta fara a hankali tun kafin fitowar tallace-tallace da gangamin siyasa. A bayan fage, ana kafa kungiyoyi, ana gudanar da tarurruka a Abuja da Bauchi, kuma ana tsaurara niyyar takara.
Gwamna Bala Mohammed na jam’iyyar PDP yana wa’adinsa na karshe, kuma fafutukar neman wanda zai gaje shi tana jan hankalin fitattun manyan ’yan siyasa a tarihin jihar.

Jam’iyyar All Progressibes Congress (APC) ita ce ake ganin tana da jerin fitattun ‘yan takara mafi karfi.
Sanata Shehu Buba Umar na zuwa da kwarewar majalisa, goyon bayan talakawa, da kuma tsari mai karfi.
Bala Wunti kuwa, shahararre ne a fannin man fetur da iskar gas. Ko da yake wannan shi ne karo na farko da zai shiga siyasa kai tsaye, Wunti yana samun karbuwa sosai a Bauchi.
Ministoci biyu da ke kan mulki sun kara zafafa takarar sosai: Ministan Lafiya da Walwalar Jama’a, Farfesa Muhammad Ali Pate, kwararren masani ne da duniya ke girmamawa, yayin da takwaransa na Harkokin Waje, Jakada Yusuf Tuggar, ke da karfafan dangantaka a duniya.
A bangaren APC, tambayar ba wai wanene yake son tikitin takara ba bace, har ma wa jam’iyyar za ta iya haduwa a bayansa.?
Jam’iyya mai mulki, PDP, kuwa tana fuskantar rikicin tsarin wanda zai gaje ta.
Dr Yakubu Adamu, Kwamishinan Kudi kuma daya daga cikin amintattun abokan Gwamna, sabon shigowa ne daga fannin banki amma baya da zurfin tushe a siyasa.
Farouk Mustapha, Kwamishinan Harkokin Musamman da Cigaban Karkara, yana zuwa da kuzarin talakawa da karbuwa daga bangarori daban-daban na siyasa.
Ya taba yin takarar gwamna a karkashin jam’iyyar APC kafin ya koma PDP a gabanin zaben 2023, kuma ya kasance Darakta Janar na yakin neman zaben Gwamna Bala Mohammed.

Nasarawa: Gwamna na juyawa, mataimakin gwamna na neman kujerar majalisar dattawa
A Jihar Nasarawa, mataimakin gwamna mai ci, Dakta Emmanuel Akabe, an ruwaito cewa yana neman kujerar majalisar dattawa ta yankin kudu, alamar cewa tsarin juyawar mulki da ake bi a jihar bai dace da yankinsa ba.
Wakilinmu ya ruwaito cewa tsarin da aka kafa tun daga 1999 yana bai wa yankuna damar karbar mulki ta juyawa bayan kammala wa’adin shekaru biyu daga wani yanki.
Ana sa ran cewa a 2027, mulki zai koma Nasarawa ta Yamma (yankin Keffi).

Mataimakin Gwamna Akabe, kamar yadda LEADERSHIP Weekend ta gano, yana da kyakkyawar alaka da babban ubangidansa, Gwamna Abdullahi Sule, kuma har yanzu an ba shi cikakken ‘yanci wajen gudanar da aikinsa.

A Jihar Oyo, mataimakin gwamna, Barista Bayo Lawal, bai nuna wata sha’awa ta tsayawa takarar gwamna a 2027 ba.
Haka kuma babu wata matsala da aka sani tsakaninsa da gwamnan jihar, Seyi Makinde.
Ko da yake akwai kiraye-kirayen da ke neman a bai wa yankin Oke-Ogun inda mataimakin gwamna ya fito damar zama gwamna na gaba, Lawal bai bayyana wani niyyar tsayawa takara ba a fili.
Sai dai wasu ‘yan takara daga jam’iyyun siyasa daban-daban sun fara nuna sha’awar shiga gasar zaben gwamna.
Legas: Masu Tasiri A Siyasa Na Hangen Wasu Ba Mataimakin Gwamna Ba
A Jihar Legas, ana ganin cewa Gwamna Babajide Sanwo-Olu ba shi da karfi sosai wajen yin tasiri a zaben wanda zai gaje shi.
Mataimakinsa, Dr Obafemi Hamzat, a cewar rahotanni, ba ya cikin jerin mutanen da ake kallon su a matsayin masu yuwuwar zama magadansa a shekarar 2027, lokacin da su biyun za su kammala wa’adin su na biyu tare.
A baya, Hamzat ya taba zama Kwamishinan Kimiyya da Fasaha a lokacin da Shugaba Bola Tinubu yake gwamna na Jihar Legas. Ya ci gaba da rike wannan mukamin a karkashin Gwamna Babatunde Fashola da ya hau karagar mulki a shekarar 2007.
Majiyoyi daga cikin manyan masu tasiri a siyasar Legas sun nuna cewa zai yi wuya a ba Hamzat mulki saboda gogewarsa da ‘yancin kansa. Wata daga cikin majiyoyin ta ce, “Zai yi wahala a sarrafa mutum mai irin wannan kwarewa da gogewa.”
Tun bayan saukarsa daga mulki a shekarar 2007, Shugaba Tinubu ne ya kasance ginshikin da ke yanke shawara kan wanda zai zama gwamna a Legas.
