99-Assalamu alaikum masu sauraro barkammu da warhaka barkammu da sake saduwa a cikin shirimmu na Kissoshin rayuwa shiri wanda yake kawo maku kissoshi wadanda suka zo cikin al-kur’ani  mai girma ko cikin wasu littafan wadanda suka hada da Littafin Dastane Rastan na Aya. Shahid Murtadha Mutahari, ko kuma cikin littafin Mathnawi na maulana Jalaluddin Rumi, ko kuma cikin wasu littafan.

///… Madalla, masu sauraro idan kuna tare da mu a cikin shirimmu da ya gabata mun ci gaba da kawo maku sirar Imam Alhassan lamami na biyu daga limamai masu tsarki daga iyalan gidan manzon All…(s) kuma da na farko ga Fatimah (s) diyar manzon All..(s).

Mun kawo maku yanda aka fidda Imam Ali (a) da karfi daga gidansa don ya yi bai’a ga Khalifa na farko amma yaki amincewa da hakan, sai Khalifa na farko, don tsoron fitina sai ya barshi ya tafi, Amma kuma bayan haka sai ya kwace gonar Fadak ta Zahra (a). Sannan a lokacinda ta nemi a dawo mata da ita, sai ya nemi ta kawo shaidu kan cewa manzon All..(s) ya bata gonar kyauta.

Mun kuma bayyana cewa: A addinin musulunci, ba’a tambayar wanda abu ya ke hannunsa shaida, wanda yake neman ya fidda shi daga hannun wanda yake rike da shi ne zai kawo shaidu.

Gonar Fadak tana hannun Zahra (s) tun shekara ta 7 bayan hijira, a wani addini ne za’a nemi ta kawo shaida?

Amma tunda suna jin tsaron kada Aliyu (a) ya yi amfani da kudaden gonar don neman hakkinsa, sai suka kwaceta ba tare da wata hujja ta shari’a ba.

Mun kuma bayyana yadda gonar ta shiga hannun ta (s). Ayar alkur’ani ce ta sauka ta mallakarwa manzon All..(s) gonar da farko, Sannan wata ayar din ta sauka ta mallakarwa Zahra (s). Ana karanta wadannan ayoyi a cikin Alkur’ani mai girma da kuma dalilan saukarsu a cikin tafsirin wadannan ayoyi. Wadanda suke tabbatar da cewa gonar Fadak, gona ce ta yahudawan Fadak suka sulhunta da manzon All..(s) don haka ta zama tashi, sannan shi kuma tare da saukar wata ayar ya bada ita ga Zahrah (s).

Wasu malaman da dama sun tabbatar da cewa Abubakar bai kwace, gonar fadar daga hannun Zahra(s) ba, sai don ya karya Aliyu(a) ta bangaren tattalin arziki.

Ance ana girmama mutum ta yayansa da danginsa a bayansa, yaya idan mutumin manzon All…(s). mafificin halittun All..T, ba sai mun kawo ayoyin alkur’ani da suka tabbatar da tsarkin diyarsa Fatimah (s) ba, ba sai mun kawo hadisan manzon All…(s) wadanda suka bayyana matsayinta a wajen All…T ba. Idan muka ce wannan diyar wannan mutum sharifi ne, jikan manzon All..(s) ta diyarsa Fatima (s) ya isa a girmama shi, ko da mai yin kuskure ne kuwa, tunda ba dukkan sharifai ne ma’asumai ba.

Muna girmama jikokin Fatimah (s) a cikin al-ummar musulmi, ta yaya, ba zamu girmama kakarsu Fatimah (s) ba?.

Amma duk da haka, Fatiman (s) ta kawo mijinta Aliyu dan Abitalib (s), wanda manzon All..(s) yake fada dangane da shi “Aliyu yana tare da Al-kur’ani, Alkur’ani na tare da Aliy (a). Ya zo ya shaida mata kan cewa manzon All..(s) ya ba ta gonar Fadak kyauta bayan yakin Khaibara a shekara ta 7 bayan hijira, banda haka ta kawo Ummu Aimanu, diyar gidan manzanci, wacce da dama sun san cewa ya yi mata bushara da aljanna, ta zo ta shaida mata kan cewa manzon All..(s) ya bata gonar Fadak kyauta, amma sai Khalifa na farko bai amince da shaidunta ba. Ya yi watsi da shaidun nata (s).

Wannan ma, ya sabawa shari’a saboda idan ana shari’a kan dukiya ne, ko dangane da abinda ya shafi duniya, to ana tabbatar da shi da shaida guda da kuma rantsuwa. Idan mai da’awa ya kawo shaida guda, alkali yana iya karban rantsuwa ya mallakar masa dukiyan da yake nema ko ya ce nashi ne. Idan yayi rantsuwa ya wadar masa daga shaidu biyu.

Don haka Khalifa na farko ya sanya iyalan gidan manzon All..(s) cikin matsaloli, da bakin ciki, tun idanunsu basu bushe daga hawayen wafatin mahaifinta ko kakansu manzon All..(s) ba. Lalle wannan ba sakawa manzon All..(s) da Alkhairi ba. Ina ma da a ce, ya yi duk yadda zai yi ya kaucewa fushinta (s), ta yaya zai toshe mata dukkan kofofin na maida hakkinta?.

Amma al-amarin kamar yadda wani babban malami kuma malami a makarantar Baghadaza ta (gharbiyya) ya ke fadawa dalibinsa Ibn Abil Hadid (mai sharhin Littafin Nahjul Balagha), a lokacinda ya tambaye shi. Shin Fatimah(s) ba ta da gaskiya ne? a cikin al-amarin gonar Fadak?

Sai  ya ce: Tana da gaskiya? Sai ya ce: To me yasa bai bata gonar Fadak ba?, al-hali ta na da gaskiya?

Sai Malamin ya yi murmushi, (duk da cewa mutum ne wanda bai cika murmuce ko wargi da wasa ba.  Sai ya ce: Da ya bata gonar Fadak, don ya san tana da gaskiya, da kuwa, gobe za ta zo, ta ce Khalifanci na mijinta ne. Don haka sai ta kauda shi daga kujerar khalifanci, sannan a lokacin da ta yi hakan, bai isa kuma ya ce ko me ba don ya rika ya gasgatata.

Amma wannan al-amarin ya sa Khalifa na farko ya yi nadama a cikin sauran rayuwarsa, sannan a karshen yaruwarsa ya ambaci hakan. Inda aka ruwaito shi ya na cewa:….ina ma da bai aika a je a farwa gidan Aliyu da Fatimah (s) ba!, ko da kuwa sun rufe gidan don su yake ni ne!.

Hakika,a lokacin ya wulakanta diyar manzon All..(s) ya kuma kwace hakkinta, ya ki sauraron hujjojinta da shaidunta, tun lokacin abin ya na damunsa a cikin zuciyarsa har zuwa lokacin wafatinsa ya na nadamar hakan.

Shi ya sa a lokacin da shi da abokinsa suka ji labarin cewa ba ta da lafiya, sai suka je gidanta, suka nemi izinin shiga wajenta har sau biyu ta ki amincewa. Daga karshe suka yi tawassuli da Imam Ali (a) ya shigo da su wajenta(s).

A nan ne sai Imam Ali (a) ya shiga wajen ta (s) ya nemam masu izinin shiga wajenta, ta ki amincewa, sai da ya matsa, sai ta amince don alkawalin da yayi masu zai shigo da su wajenta.

Sannan a lokacinda suka shiga wajenta ta ki ta amsa sallamarsu, taki ta yi ma su magana,    sai suka matsa, sai ta ce su fadi abinda za su fada sai Khalifa na farko ya ce: Ya ke masoyiyar manzon All…(s), Wallahi Lalle dangin manzon All..(s) sun fi soyuwa a gareni kan dangi na, wallahi kinfi soyuwa a gareni kan diyata A’isha, wallahi na so ace ranar da babanki ya rasu, ni ma na rasu a rannan, kada in wanzu bayansa.. … har zuwa inda yake cewa… shin ki na ganin, da irin sanin da yi maki, da matsayinki, da daukakarki, sannan in hanaki hakkinki,? in hanaki gadonki, ?  Sai dai na ji manzon All..(s) ya na cewa:

{….mu bama gadarwa, duk abinda muka bari sadaka ne…}

Amma Zahra (s) ta karyata wannan hadisin a khudubarta da ta yi a gaban mutane a masallacin babanta (s). ta kawo hujjoji daga Alkur’ani mai girma kan cewa gadon annabawa dai dai yake da gadon sauran musulmi.  

Da ya kammala maganarsa sai ta juya ta na masu Magana tana cewa {Na hadaku da All..baku taba jin manzon All..(s) yana cewa: Yardar Fatima ya na daga cikin yardata ba ? kuma fushinta daga fushi na ba?, wanda ya so diyata Fatimah hakika ya so ni, wanda ya sami yardar Fatimah ya sami yardata, wanda ya fusata Fatimah ya fusatani?.

Sai suka amsa da cewa : Eee mun ji shi,}. Sai ta daga hannayenta sama tana cewa: Ina shaidawa All..da mala’ikunsa, kun fusatani, baku nemi yarda ta ba, ….har zuwa inda take cewa…Sannan lalle idan na hadu da manzon All…zan kai kararku a gabansa.

Sai Khalifa na farko ya tashi yana kuka, sai ta ce masa, {Na rantse da All..zan yi addu’a a kanka bayan sallolina..}

Wadan nan kalmominta (s), zafinsu, ya fi zafin duka da takobi, Khalifa na farko ya fita gidan yana kuka da hawayensa, kuma sun kasa samun yardarta (s) wanda yana daga cikin yardar All..T.

A hadisi, manzon All..(s) yana fadawa fatimah(s): Lalle All..yana fushi da fushinki, yana yarda da yardarki.

Don haka duniya ta kuntata ga Khalifa Abubakar, har sai da ya yi kuka don rage zafin bakincikin da ya same shi saboda fushinta(s), don ya kasa samun yardar tsoka daga tsokar jikin manzon All..(s). wanda kuma shi ne yardar All…T.

Wadan nan al-amura gaba daya sun faru a gaban Imam Hassan (s) tunda a cikin gidansu ya faru, kuma mahaifiyarsa ce diyar manzon All..(s) take fada masu hakan, a gabansa(s). Kuma sun bar tasiri a cikin zuciyarsa, har’ila yau  Imam Hassan (s) ya ga yadda mahaifiyarsa (s) ta yi bakinciki da wafatin mahaifinta manzon All..(s), kuma kakansa, (s), irin bakincin da ya kai ga, ana buga misali da ita, a bakin ciki a tsawon tarihin musulmi.    

Wata rana Anas Dan Malik ya shiga wajenta(s) bayan wafatin mahaifinta, sai ta kira shi, tace, Ya Anas, sai yace: Na’am ya diyar manzon All..(s): Sai ta ce masa: Ta yaya kuka zuba kasa a kan kabarin manzon All…(s), sai Anas ya fara kuka ya na zubar da hawaye don ta tunatar da shi wafatin manzon All..(s), don Anas ya na daga cikin wanda suka halarci jana’izar manzon All..(s).

Sannan a lokacinda wafatinta (s) ya zo, sai ta kira mijinta Amirulmuminina Aliyu dan Abitalib(a) ta yi masa wasiyoyi da dama, daga ciki ta ce masa kada ya bar wanda baya sonta, ya kuma bayyana adawa gareta, yayi mata sallah. Don haka ne Amirulmuminina (a) ya yi mata wanka da Jana’iza a cikin dare, idanu sun yi barci, sai na yayanta(s), daga ciki har da Imam Hassan(a). Suna Kallon yadda mahaifinsu Amirul muminina (a) daga nesa ya na Sanya mata likkafaninta bayan yayi mata wanka,  bayan ya kammala sai ya kirasu su zo su yi bankwana da ita, sai suka zo, suna kuka suna sumbantar likkafaninta (s), kowa na kiran umma, umma. Umma…

A nan ne Imam Ali (a), bayan wadanda ya kira su, don yi mata salla suka is aba tare da hayaniya ba, sai ya tsaya bayan jana’izarta (s) sannan yayansa Imam Hassan da Alhussain (a) suka tsaya a bayansa sannan sauran masoya Iyalan gidan manzon All..(s) suka yi mata sallah, sannan suka sa ta a kabarinta a boye, don kada wani, daga cikin wadanda bata son su yi mata sallah su san inda kabarinta yake, su zo su tsaye a kan kabarin na ta(s).

Bayan da gari ya waye, mutane sun taru don yi mata sallah, sai suka sami labarin cewa ay an yi mata Jana’iza a cikin dare tare da wasiyyarta (s). Da dama sun yi bakinciki da rashin samun damar yi mata sallah. Imam Alhassan (s) ya na sane da dukkan wadan nan al-amura gaba daya.

Masu sauraro a nan zamu dasa aya a cikin shirimmu na yau sai kuma wata Fitowa idan All..ya kaimu. Wassalamu alaikum wa rahamatullahi wa barkatuhu.

Bawa ya gano hauhawar farashin shigo da kayayyaki, da sauya lokacin daftarin kaya, rashin bayyana dawo da kayan da aka shigo da su ta sama da kasa, da jirgin ruwa mai yawo, shigo da kaya guda daya, tare da biyan tallafi a kansa sau biyu, na daga cikin hanyoyin da aka tafka badakalar tallafin man fetur.

A cewarsa, kamfanonin sayar da man sun yi amfani da yawan shigo da kayayyaki don kara yawan kudaden tallafi daga karshen shekarun 2010.

Ya ce binciken da aka gudanar ya sa hukumar EFCC ta gano haramtattun kudaden da suka haura Naira biliyan 30.

Bawa ya ci gaba da cewa, “A lokuta da dama, an samu jami’an gwamnati da saninsu ko kuma ba da saninsu ba, ta hanyar buga tambari da sanya hannu a cikin takardun jabun, wasu jami’an sun ce sun sanya hannu a kan takardun a lokacin da suke bakin aiki, duk da cewa suna sane da cewa lamarin ba haka yake ba, akwai wadanda suka sanya hannu kan takardun bogi, ba tare da sanin cewa an kirkiresu ba ne.

Ya ba da misali da yadda wani kamfani ya shigo da lita miliyan biyar kasa da mai fiye da lita miliyan 12. An biya kamfanin tallafin Naira miliyan 700, wanda bai cancanta ba.”

Wannan a cewarsa lamari ya ci gaba da haifar da tambayoyi masu mahimmanci game da hanyoyin damfara, gazawar sa ido na hukumomi, da kuma yadda EFCC ta gano wadannan haramtattun ayyuka.

 

Hanyar Kawo Karshen Lamarin

Dangane da kokarin hukumar na duba matsalar, Bawa ya ba da tarihin bincike, kamawa, tuhume-tuhume, yanke hukunci da kwato haramtattun dukiyoyi da hukumar ta yi.

Ya ce duk da cewa ba a samu wasu laifuka ba a shekarar 2006 da 2007, hukumar ta kwato Naira biliyan 11.5 a shekarar 2008, Naira biliyan 4.88 a shekarar 2009, da kuma Naira biliyan 10.3 a shekarar 2010.

Tsohon shugaban hukumar ta EFCC ya bayyana wata badakala da aka yi a 2011 ta tallafin man fetur, “a lokacin ne muka gano wasu haramtattum ayyukan da suka kai Naira biliyan 41.7.

“A dunkule, ayyukan damfara sun kai kusan Naira biliyan 68, wanda kusan kashi 80 cikin 100 an kwato su,” in ji shi.

Bawa ya kara da cewa, a cikin shekaru 25 na mulkin dimokuradiyya, Nijeriya ta kashe Naira tiriliyan 16.5 wajen bayar da tallafi, inda ya kara da cewa abin da ke daure kai ga daukacin al’amura shi ne yadda aka kashe kaso daga cikin kudaden wajen yin ikirarin karya da satar dukiyar kasa.

 

Hanyar Samun Ci Gaba

Bawa ya yi nuni da cewa, shi tallafin a kansa ba wani sharri ba ne; amma duk da haka, aiwatar da aikinta na yaudara ya sa gwamnati ta ki amincewa da dimbin albarkatun da aka tanada domin samar da ababen more rayuwa, inganta harkokin ilimi da kiwon lafiya, wadanda ke amfanar da marasa galihu a Nijeriya.

Don haka ya yi kira da a samar da ingantaccen tsarin bayar da tallafi.

Ya ce, “Kiyaye tsarin tallafin da aka sarrafa da kyau zai iya ba da agajin da ake bukata ga masu rauni ta hanyar tabbatar da cewa an dakatar da tsadar rayuwa, sannan gwamnatin ta tsaya tsayin daka wajen samar da wani abin dogaro ga matsalolin tattalin arziki.

“Wannan yana jaddada muhimmancin samar da ingantattun hanyoyin sa ido da daidaita yadda ake raba tallafin don hana cin zarafi da tabbatar da sun cika manufarsu.”

Bawa ya kuma yi kira da a ji tsoron Allah da gaske da kuma samar da ingantaccen tsarin adalci.

Bawa ya ce, “Tsarin ba wai kawai kayan ya ke ba wa kariya da kuma dakile laifuka ba, har ma ya mallakar karfin bincike da kuma hukunta laifukan da suka dace, yana da matukar muhimmanci, irin wannan tsarin na samar da amana da amincewa a tsakanin ‘yan kasa, tare da karfafa hadin gwiwar jama’a da kuma tabbatar da doka da oda.”

Tsohon shugaban na EFCC ya bukaci ‘yan Nijeriya da na kasashen waje da su canja halayensu, su bi ka’idojin da’a, su sanya al’ummar kasa a zuciyarsu sama da kansu.

Bugu da kari, ya yi kira da a samar da isassun kudade tare da tura fasahar kere-kere a cibiyoyin gwamnati domin dakile cin hanci da rashawa.

“Su koma al’adar yin abin da ya dace, ba tare da la’akari da yanayin ba, hakan na iya haifar da sauye-sauye masu dorewa a cikin al’amuran al’umma,” in ji shi.

LEADERSHIP Sunday ta ruwaito cewa an samu wasu ‘yan Nijeriya da dama da laifin zamba a cikin tallafin man fetur, na baya-bayan nan shi ne Mamman Ali, dan Ahmadu Ali, tsohon shugaban jam’iyyar PDP mai mulki a lokacin.
